I bought two, one for me, one for mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. The one I kept works great, keeps my coffee cup warm as I tend to drink coffee slowly, and I love the simple touch to turn it on. The auto shutoff feature does work and shuts off on its own after four hours, I love that feature. This keeps my coffee warm & works great! Had to come back to see how to turn off after noticing it wasn't cooling down on blue setting. There is no turn off button, just 3 different temperatures, which is clearly noted in description but good to note if you live with children who may touch it when there is no mug & it's still hot. I love this & have used it almost daily since receiving it as a gift. Works great & I'm interested to try it as a bottle warmer as well. It keeps your coffee warm. The problem with it is it gets very warm & can be accidentally turned on with a simple touch or if it gets knocked off of the table. If it lands on something flammable it could cause problems.

I ordered this for my desk at work and am very pleased with it. I have used multiple different cups and it has kept all my drinks warm and I do find that the highest setting will actually heat the drink up. It looks nice and is very easy to use.

It's okay. It doesn't get hot enough (not matter what mug I use - and I've tried all sorts). Also, the smell the first few days of use gave me a headache. It doesn't smell as bad after about a week of use, but it's just not hot enough. Returning.

I have always wanted a cup warmer. So many told me that it's a waste of money but as a SAHM it's a gift from God himself. No longer am I hearing up the same cup of coffee 4 times in the microwave. No longer am I just sucking down the cold coffee to get myself a nice fresh cup. That, let's be honest, will get cold too. I drink A LOT of coffee. I've never had a single issue with it. I find that the hottest setting works best for me. My friend used it before and she said she liked the lowest setting. Best of all there is a timer, so if you accidentally left it on... it will shut itself off. It also blinks after you shut it off until it's cooled. This works great and I only wish I got it sooner. It saves your coffee, so you don't have to make a fresh cup if it gets cold. I like that it has an auto shut off - I wouldn't have bought it without that feature. I use it every day and so far so good.
