I got this rug primarily to cover up as much of the tile on my kitchen floor as possible because I don't like it. The color of the rug matches my accent color in the backsplash area better than I could have imagined, and it helps tie the kitchen together. The rug is not very thick, but it is soft and feels good under foot.
