Very soft and comfortable to walk and sit on. Very hard to vacuum and if you drop anything in it , it's like it's glued into the carpet. I accidentally dropped my BP meds on it and like to never got them out.

These bad reviews are clearly either from people who expected a cheep rug that was the quality of a 300$ rug, or they just wanted to complain to get something free/money back. I can honestly 100% day this carpet is amazing, and I got the biggest size. No folds, it cleans fine, does not smell, and is the perfect thickness.
