  • Worth the buy!!
Size: 55 inches
I love my 55 Vizio tv! Great picture. And I really like ease of use on this tv. I don’t have to use a different remote for different apps! They are already online ! Great purchase. Visio continues to improve with every new Tv! User friendly!

  • This is a very frustrating purchase. Simple fix for Vision, nothing I can fix.
Size: 55 inches
This television should be an easy 5+ stars. It's not for 2 reasons you should know before buying it, which I did not. First, this damn TV ALWAYS starts up on its "Home" screen. You then must navigate to whatever you want to view, such as your cable box on an HDMI input. I Google if I could change this and found Yes I could. However, after a day or so, it starts up on the home screen again. This keeps happening, regardless of setting it to always start on the last HDMI on start up. This is infuriating. Second, my cable provider's app is not available on this TV, so I can't ditch my cable box as planned. Also infuriating. ... show more

  • Disappointing TV - pick a different model!
Size: 55 inches
Update: I have been using a ROKU Streambar for sound (which died today) and now I’m having to use the sound from the TV. Sound quality also sucks on this TV. 🙄 —————- I bought this TV somewhere else in January 2021, and I wish I had purchased a different model. My previous Vizio experiences have all been very good, which is one reason this TV has disappointed me so much. There is something wrong with the picture. I’ve tried adjusting settings, I’ve bought new HDMI cables, but nothing has helped. The picture is like this no matter what I’m using: ROKU, BluRay player or Comcast TV. I’ve attached two pictures that give you an idea of the problem. The picture with the orange spot on the lady’s forehead is a discoloration in the TV, not in the production itself. I get these weird squares I can see, almost like it’s pixelated, but larger. It causes things to be off color, or distorted. You can see the weird little boxes in the other picture. This TV is wall mounted, which I had to pay someone to do. I am also past the 90 day return, so I think I would have to deal with Vizio directly? To get it down, I would have to pay someone to do that, and then figure out how to get it to the store, if they would even take it back at this point. For a TV that cost me about $364, it’s just not worth the hassle. I’ll put up with it as long as I can then just replace it with a different one. I will have serious reservations about getting another Vizio if this is the quality they are putting out these days. Don’t buy this model. It’s slick looking, and a nice size, but the picture is no good on kind. Is it a random defective unit?No idea, but keep shopping, seriously. ... show more

  • Worst TV purchase I’ve ever made.
Size: 55 inches
Has been freezing since I’ve bought it. Have hard-reset several times. I had to invest in a Roku to be able to use smart features without freezing and other issues. Airplay rarely works, and I have no issues on airplay with any other device. Turns off on its own randomly or resets randomly. I want to sell it off but I’d feel bad to whoever I sell it to. ... show more

  • Can’t open the remote to install batteries!
Size: 55 inches
We’ve both tried to open the remote to put in batteries. Can’t do it. It’s slippery and no way to grip properly to slide it open!! Might send the whole thing back. Who failed to design this?
