BEWARE! THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES YOU TO OPEN A VIZO ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO USE THIS TV. I paid $600 to get a smart TV that I could plug in, set up and enjoy. WR0NG! The product came with NO instructions or a manual, why? Because it requires you to go online, download their app and open an account, which wants your name, your date of birth, your phone number and asks your gender too. Then it wants you to agree to be solicited for future VIZO products and third party partners. They send a message to your email address and require you open their email and enter the email verification code VIZO sent you! Im not looking for a relationship with my TV, I just want to watch it!! I don't want my TV sending me emails or solicitations, dont see why my TV wants my phone number or know how old I am!n If you do NOT open an account ( see picture) then the TV is basically useless! It wont set up, it wont go online or stream any of your wanted channels. ( see photo). Despite VIZO requiring y "personal" information to use the product I purchased fro them, a call to their customer service chat transfers the consumer to an AI robot! Hows that for "personal"! THIS IS THE MOST INTRUSIVE TELEVISION PRODUCT IVE SEEN AND IT HAS NO BUSINESS FORCING YOU TO REVEAL YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION AND SUBJECT YOU TO SOLICITATIONS, JUST TO USE THE FEATURES FOR WHICH IT WAS ADVERTISED. It has a very nice picture, however looses WiFi signal about every third time you turn the tv on. Not horrible for the price.

Within 9 months, this TV broke 2 times. Both times, it wouldn’t turn on. This is a common problem for VIZIO and they are aware of it, so they are frantically fixing people’s TVs by replacing the power board. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else.
