In the past, Vizio has been great. This time, I had to return their product...twice. The first tv wouldn't stop resetting itself, so I asked them to send me a replacement which they did promptly. The Vizio 50" QLED TV is fantastic. The picture is extremely clear and crisp and is easy to see in any light. The set up is quick and easy. The home screen with all the apps is extremely easy to navigate. In addition it arrived two days earlier than expected. All in all I give this 5 stars. I will always buy Vizio. This is my third and i just love my new tv ! Set up was quick and easy and the 4k picture is beautiful. My only sadness is that there are no 3 prong DVD hookups. I know i can do this with an HDMI cord, but my DVD player doesn't have one of those lol
