This review is about the seller not the phone. Samsung S25 Ultra is amazing. The phone for the most part is great if I was in PANAMA! The phone works on T-Mobile but its doesn't use all the available radio bands in the USA. I did a side by side comparison and was not getting the same speeds or signals as my old s22 Ultra. Jack sent me an email telling that I can rest assured that the phone will work flawlessly. (Cough, cough BS) Additionally... There is misspelled and misleading info in the ad. "1 Year Manufacrer Warrenty"... It was misspelled purposely so when you search you can't find it... Nice try. Essentially the phone I got was unlocked and new but Samsung will only honor the warranty and service it in PANAMA! Not in the USA so the warranty (notice the correct spelling 🤪) is useless.
