The tv arrived with the wrong stand legs and they would not send the correct legs. Then the tv started shutting off or not playing correctly. This seller is rude, non responsive and we are now having trouble returning the tv.

need to constantly reboot and reconnect to the internet. times out a lot. not easy to set up

    • i can see why some people would have problems with this tv. only took 3 hrs for it to update.
right of the bat it ask's to be hooked up to wifi. took about 3hrs with 300 mps downlo0ad speed. now if i had slower internet like 5 to 10 mps it could have been days waiting for the tv to update. and while it's updating it's can't be used for anything. i can really see a lot of them being bricked.

TV arrived with a 50% damaged screen. Not sure if it was caused during the shipping. But not satisfied due to return shipping cost was more than the item itself😭

Both the remote and the tv stand are missing, even though the item description says they are supposed to be included. I was forced to order another remote. Completely unacceptable.
