This tv is very good. It does 720p and 1080i. It is small but just right for bedroom viewing on the wall. The adjustments of all functions is very simple and carefully thought out. I also own a vizio 70" both are working perfectly so far 70" was purchased 3.5 years ago first and I really like that this is an American product. However, it is assembled in china..what isn't? Thrilled with free channels from vizio company there are many cable like good movie channels available forever from them and works very well with yamaha rx-a780 movie theater system receiver. Also works good with alexa but it takes awhile to figure it out. Definitely a great picture on both. ... show more

I cannot recommend this television. It has a "Smartcast," feature so you can broadcast to the TV from other devices. The only problem is that the TV defaults to the "Smartcast," input. Every time I turn the tv on it goes to the "Smartcast, input. My set top box is installed on the HDMI1 input so I have to change the input every time I turn the TV on. This would be irritating if I was the only person using the TV. As it is, there are less technical people using this TV and they are unable to change the input every time the TV is turned on. I've done the reset, unplugged the TV and plugged it back in dozens of times. I've scoured the internet for a solution. There are lots of mentions of this problem but no solution. I am beyond the return window so it seems that I am out of luck. ... show more

    • Sadly not what it should be
I have had Vizio products for years and no problems, very reliable. I purchased this in Sept 2021. The first one I received would get hung up when updating firm wear. Had the Vizio tech on the phone for a few hours and could not get it to work. He suggested I return it and request another. I did that, everything seemed great. This was for our RV so it wouldn't be used a ton. Well 2023 it went to up grade the firm wear and bingo, it hung up again. Resetting does not seem to resolve the matter. It would only load up Netflix, so we trudged on running Netflix, or antenna, or cable. Now when you shut it off, it won't start up again with either the remote, or switch. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Tired of wasting my time trying to make it work. I have ordered another brand to replace it. Really disappointed. ... show more

I wish I knew how to use it. There were no instruction or guide in the box or in the menu section of the TV. So, if you want to binge a show, it is good for that. Can't find NFL football games though.
