The design of this garden wagon is outstanding. But the quality of the materials used are cheap. It's pot metal that is not reinforced at all. It says it will support 144 lbs. At 80 lbs, it bent the forward turning wheels fork. I would not buy this again or recommend it.

Like any "wagon" is subject to tipping over if not well balanced or if overloaded.Drop-side latches not very secure.

Instructions are not the easiest to understand (this was purchased for my grandparents and she is having a hard time). Lots of the parts are made wrong, the lining has places sewn on backwards, and its not very sturdy. Not worth the money

Not happy disappointing the handle is to short I'm 5'9" and have a hard time maneuvering also the normal maneuvering of this cart is no good not well designed. This is not heavy duty it lightweight if you put 800 lbs on this there is now way you can move it with ease and comfort.

The shipping was horrible, on Amazon it said I would have it in two days and it took over a week to even ship, then another few days to get here. Assembly was ok, but there are some awkward angles where you had to squeeze a tool between the frame and the mesh to tighten some bolts The most disappointing thing is the sturdiness. It is not rated for the 800 lbs they promised, only 400 lbs. And it looks like it will struggle with even a small load. Overall the cart seems small too. I have not measured it, but it looked much bigger on the pictures. The white case in the picture is a standard DVD case for size reference.
