Ok, I purchased these because I was recently told by my eye doctor that my retinal photos show early signs of AMD. I started taking any supplement that might help eye health. This was one of my purchases and damn they are tasty. Be aware that these taste sooo good that it’s hard to eat just the suggested 2 pieces. I try to stay away from sugar so I’m probably not going to repurchase. I’m taking 1 star off just because I am not a fan of all the packaging. Thes are individually wrapped. ... show more

I’m a bit confused. The ad says 20 mg which is good but the ingredients list in the back says 40mg which is too high… and the front says 1200 mg Can someone confirm please? Thanks
