Difficult to put together. Many of the holes do not line up correctly. I have several that are missing screws for that reason. I even had one that was coming un-woven and I had to release it. Thankfully it was at the bottom food rest. We are currently using them inside. Great height for our bar. Edit.... I ordered a second set of these stools so that we would have 6 at our inside bar and have 2 extras outisde. I was VERY worried about the second set considering how difficult the first set was to put together. I was even more worried when the washers were falling out of the box before I even opened it. After I opened the box it appeared that the bolts and washers had come out of the shipping bag and were all over the box. I counted the bolts (wasn't all that concerned about the washers) and they were all there so I set to work. WOW!!!!! I was pleasantly surprised how easy this set went together. All but 1 hole lined up and it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm still leaving my rating at 3 because of the inconsistancy of the product but all in all, it was a good product for a good price. ... show more

    • Hard to assemble
Once I assembled them I am satisfied with the final product. However; as many products you must assemble, the instructions are very vague, use drawings, but minimal verbiage. It was not clear that the legs need to be assembled in the correct front/back since there is a subtle slant angle on each. So, I assembled one correct & the other incorrect. Since having to use the small allan wrench required, with tight screws; I was really upset when I had to disassemble one of them to put it back together correctly. Also - zero support from the manufacturer (you cannot reach the phone number nor e-mail address provided). ... show more

I just put these chairs together, pain the way the screws are located, holes don’t line up to good, and the cushions sit on the chairs and slide off or blow off. Need something to hold them to the chair. The legs rock on two of the legs Other then that there ok for sitting on.

Chairs were easy to put together, but screw heads were easily stripped. One chair has rusted at the legs. Don't leave the chair pads outside, if they get wet it takes a very long time to dry. Overall, inexpensive chairs perfect for what we needed them for, figure they will last 2 seasons.
