I was given a 26" TV that needed the power board replaced. Unfortunately, it had been wall-mounted and the original base was lost. I looked into buying another original base for it but they were expensive, even used. Upon visiting Amazon I discovered an entire class of TV stands that are designed to attach to the wall mounts so they aren't model dependent. I actually bought two from two different sellers, as I had another TV that was missing a stand. This was the cheaper of the two by ~$10 dollars. I can't tell any different in quality. The feet are slightly different but I think which you'd prefer would be a matter of personal preference, this stand certainly doesn't look cheaper or worse. It was easy to assemble, the only difference between this and the more expensive one being the VIVO stand had two separate pieces making up the vertical bars that attached to the TV whereas the other stand was one solid piece. This does require attaching four bolt/washer/nut assemblies that would otherwise be unneeded but it makes the disassembled stand more compact. This didn't seem to make the stand any less robust. My fairly heavy although definitely within the 110 lb weight limit is perfectly well-secured by this stand. I did not include the safety straps as there are no children or dogs in my house and they don't seem needed to keep the TV safe in my situation. I can wobble the TV around without much effort using my hands, but it doesn't seem anywhere close to be unstable or falling off the table. Overall this stand does what it's supposed to do, was easy to put together, and I preferred it slightly to the more expensive version from another seller. I'm finding I'm actually preferring the separate feet version to the plastic rectangle/ellipse base that usually comes with TVs as it takes up less table space and has a nice minimalist feel.

High quality TV mount with sturdy, well made metal pieces vs the usual plastic mount that comes with most TV's. I ordered this for an old Panasonic Plasma TV (Model TH-42PD50U manufactured in 2005 ) and with a couple of adjustments to the bottom holes it works perfectly. This TV came with the house we purchased due to the TV being mounted above the fireplace in our Family room. We replaced this great (HEAVY) TV with a new Smart TV. I wanted to still use this TV as it has a great picture, but we did not have access to the original mount. The only wall mounts that would support this TV were $350!!, so I elected to purchase this mount and place on top of a dresser. VERY sturdy mount and so pleased, I don't think I will need to use the optional safety straps that I purchased to prevent the TV from falling off the dresser. Stand is so stable and sturdy, it should be fine on its own. The only negative was that the holes in the bracket did not line up with the bottom holes on the back of the TV. Was surprised that there were single holes drilled that were evenly spaced for the entire length of the bracket vs. having the bottom half of the bracket with the long open slots so that it would accommodate distances between the top bolt and the bottom bolt that fastens to the back of the TV. My bolts on the TV were 26 inches apart horizontally and 12.75 inches apart horizontally, so I had to put the brace for each side into a bench vice and drill holes to line up the bottom bolts. I think this may only be an issue with older heavy (80 pounds) Plasma TV's like mine, so I did not lower my overall rating and only took one star off the Assemble rating. Bottom line is that this is an excellent product, especially for the price! I highly recommend !

This review is for VIVO Universal LCD Flat Screen TV Table Top Stand / Base Mount fits 27" to 55" T.V. My TV's original stand was bulky, had a weird incline and there was only one inch between the TV and the console. Since there was no room for the soundbar, I had to improvise a "shelf", but it was starting to warp in the middle because of the weight of the TV. While searching for a solution, I found this stand. It is almost perfect! The feet are really long towards the front, which in my daughter's opinion, makes it look like bird's feet. But that serves as purpose, since most of the TV's weight is towards the front, these super long feet make it very stable and keep the TV from falling over. However, there was not enough room for the soundbar in front of the TV, so I had to put it behind it, but it actually works really well. Anything is better than how it was before, specially since the console is part of the house, so it can't be moved, replace or removed :( Assembling the stand wasn't hard, but it would have been much easier if the bag with screws, nuts, washers and bolts had numbers for them. In the instructions it tells you to use number 2 screw for example, but although the screws are all separated in compartments, they have no numbers, so you kinda have to guess, or just try until finding the right ones. Overall, it's a great product! I'm glad I bought it!

A neighbor near me decided to throw out their 47" LG LED TV. I looked it over, it's screen was intact so I went through the insides to see what it would take to repair. After a new set of LED strips and a power supply board ($50), I had a working TV, but whoever had it must have mounted it because there was no stand. I bought this primarily based on price, since this is a dumpster TV and the less I spend the better the value. So, I'll start with the pros. This stand was fairly priced. It's sturdy enough, comes with tons of different screws and washers to help you mount it to the TV, and it's simple enough that the stand pieces themselves don't take long to get together. It does come with the tools you'll need, but truthfully a small ratchet with an hex bit and socket are far better for this. The cons... the tools that come with it aren't really that good. One of the bolts you need to use would have been a pain had I not been using a socket set. When moving the TV around the stand pieces feel a bit flimsy, as they can bend from side to side, but once I find a permanent place for the TV to stay that won't be an issue. Overall happy with the product for the price I paid. It's adequate. Seller shipped for free, it arrived next day, and I even got a followup Email asking me to contact them with any issues I have with the stand.

Great item! The regular stand that attached to my tv was too large for the width of the console it sat on. (I know ill measure for that next time). Its a 55" flat screen. putting it together was easy, just be careful not to put the left side with right side parts as they are not marked left or right. So its a guessing game until you figure that out, once you do its easy peasy! The stand is made of strong metals, very sturdy I was highly skeptical from an online perspective whether it would hold my TV securely. After attaching it there was no doubt. its a great option to buying a new entertainment unit or wall mounting or for broken stands. The legs jut out in front the tv 7" and behind the tv 6" the feet are an L shaped bent metal that attaches to the uprights with 2 bolts on each side. There's another 2 bolts on each side that connects the feet to the tv brackets so 10 pieces total make up the brackets and 16 bolts including the screws that connect the brackets to the TV. Phillips head screws and you'll need a small adjustable wrench. It is a small project to build. It comes with a manifesto of screws all organized to do what you need to do for your situation be somewhat mechanically inclined and turn the screws tightly or get yourself some loctight glue for screws( yes you can unscrew it when it dries). I really like the item it was a great fix to my problem. ships in small 10" X 5" box. I had no problems with shipping 3 day wait for me.

Bought this to put on a 32" tv that was mounted to a wall, and the original base was discarded. Now I need this tv to be set on a cabinet, so I needed a new base. So far, I am pleased with the product. I was surprised at how small the box everything came in was, knowing that it would end up being something that could support up to a 65" tv. Assembly was fairly easy with included instructions, but I wish the bags with the nuts and bolts were labelled like the large metal components were. Took just a little trial and error to select the right ones, but after assembly and attachment to the back of our tv, I found the stand to be very sturdy and nice looking. Assembly took about 20 minutes. All components are painted with a matted smooth black finish, and are free from sharp edges. Package includes many different sized bolts, nuts and washers for many different makes/ models of tvs and installations Package also includes spacers in case you are installing on a curved tv. Also included are strips of soft adhesive foam for the bottom of each of the legs, to help protect the surface of your cabinet from getting marred. For the price, this very nice and has worked well so far. Happy camper!

These worked great. They look like they'd be flimsier but they're totally well made. I was also worried about using these for a 55" with a 200x200 VESA, thinking the TV could get rocked sideways, but that's totally not going to be a problem. Note: the 55" TCL 4k has a weird bottom set of VESA holes. I don't think they're attached to anything other than the plastic molding of the TV. That makes the TV a little wobbly (when jostled). I thought it was the stands, but it's not at all. The top holes are fine. My point is that even with this situation, the TV on the stands feels secure and safe. Definitely nothing to do with these stands, just a heads up because it's a popular product on here. The instructions are tiny. Like 6pt font. I have perfect eyesight but had to squint. There were like 3-4 different thickness VESA bolts, each in 2 lengths in case you use standoffs. Standoffs are also included, various lengths. Tools included. Felt/rubber strips for the feet. Parts were reasonably well-machined. There are so many mounting holes and the stands are so tall that you really only need to check the weight of your TV vs the max. Whatever size you have I bet it will fit. This is a great stand, would definitely recommend and purchase again. Only potential qualm: the feet are tapered and L-shaped, so a soundbar may be awkward placed on these. IDK. I use bookshelf speakers personally.

Bought this for a TV we were repurposing that used to be on a wall, but we didn’t need it there anymore and we’d thrown out the stand. If you can get this thing together it’s pretty good. So far it’s stable for a 40” TV. But putting it together is an adventure. There were a lot of parts left over. Not usually a good sign lol, but so far it’s working. The Allen wrench they included was the wrong size and was useless. The bolts they included to attach to the TV were completely the wrong size. Luckily the maintenance guy where I live had some laying around that worked, when I added washers to make up for the screw depth difference. You need a Phillips head screwdriver to assemble this. I didn’t need an Allen wrench at all, which was fine one they sent fit nothing. Also, make sure you have bolts that can attach the stand to the back of your TV. I guess theirs might fit some TVs, but it didn’t fit mine. Instructions are tiny. You might need a magnifying glass to read them. Also, Instead of marking the parts on the parts themselves, they mark the plastic packages, so when you remove the parts from the packages you have no idea what they are. I got the thing together through trial and error mostly.
