Great for 3 nights, then I couldn't start it again; but GREAT customer service!
Size: 250MLWhite
Update #3: This diffuser has persnickety control buttons. I thought the 1st one failed because I couldn't get it to restart after three nights of working just fine. I wrote to seller, and they sent me a free replacement. Now that I've learned how to operate these unusual controls, I decided to test the "old broken" one again. To my surprise, tonight it works fine! So maybe the 1st one wasn't broken... might have been a case of complex controls and user unfamiliarity! Or... will it work for a few nights and then fail again? I'll update with news. Update #2: Seller sent a new diffuser, and it works fine. Great customer service! Update #1: Seller has agreed to "send a new kit." I'll update again if we receive it and it works more than three nights! We were excited to try our very first essential oils diffuser at night in our bedroom. Lovely style, subtle pleasant light, nice! Three nights it worked. Then I replenished water/oil again as usual and tried to start it last night. Nada! It would not turn on! I've checked and rechecked. Unplugged and replugged. Nada! I sent an email to the manufacturer today, and a message to the seller. I'm hopeful someone will respond and repair/replace it! ... show more

Compared to Vitruvi
Size: 250ML Black
First of all, I had my first vivtest for over a year before I had to get a replacement. I decided to get the Vitruvi since this one only lasted over a year: when the Vitruvi came in: Blah, way smaller, itty bitty, did NOT produce the scent this Vivitest provided and after about a month, it began to give me problems, so I was totally bummed about the quality, seemed like they spent a bigger portion of their budget on amazing packaging versus the quality of the item. So, returned that and now I have the Vivitest, and I will just replace it again when it goes to s#$%: keep my protection plan and hopefully they will make better stuff ... show more

Amazing when it worked - lasted 2.5 years
Size: 250MLWhite
Beautiful diffuser and worked great for a couple years. Just died for no reason - won’t turn on but in perfect condition otherwise.

Worked great until it didn’t
Size: 100ML
Such a beautiful diffuser and worked so well until all of a sudden it just stopped working. I occasionally got it to start for a second but then it would stop again. I’ve had it for a while now (close to a year if not longer) but I think it only worked consistently well for a couple of months. So pretty but just wish it didn’t crap out. ... show more

Great little diffuser, but broke easily
Size: 100ML
My sister has this diffuser and I love how much it actually diffuses the oil into the air - her house always smells great. I also love the cover- it’s ceramic I think? More classy looking than other plastic ones. I bought this a year and 3 months ago and it has been great, but it started only working occasionally and has now stopped working altogether. It must be the mechanics inside the base, because all the external pieces are clean and intact. Worked great while I had it. Disappointing it didn’t last more than a year. ... show more

Simply wonderful
Size: 250ML Black
It’s so simple and beautiful, this is exactly what I was looking for. It blends well with the rest of the black accents in my house. It holds an average amount of water. I wish that it held more water for this size, to be honest. But I will make it work. I didn’t can’t a diffuser that is too big and overpowering. Arrived securely and promptly. ... show more

Nice…when it doesn’t break.
Size: 250MLWhite
We’ve now had three of these with mixed success. When new, they work well and fill up a large room, however, they will randomly stop working after 6 months or less. Honestly, best bet is to just get the real thing and not this version. The costs adds up to where the value is lacking.
