This definitely speeds up the process but I still have to roll them after because I like my tortillas really thin.

The metal is too thin and flexes allot. does not flatten the dough very well and leaves little shinny flakes of metal in the dough.

Sturdiness is off the charts. There is a varying learning curve about the best dough consistincy, But it is super east to use and cleanup.

This press didn't actually press. The handle is not adjustable, the body is pretty light and flimsy and it just doesn't do what it's meant to do. The dough ball barely rolled into a fat flat cake.
