The media could not be loaded. I was very hesitant to buy a eBike online. But this eBike was priced well. It arrived ontime via FedEx, (although the optional free bike lock, also shipped via FedEx, has yet to arrive and appears to be lost in transit). I was impressed with how well it was packed, and I was happy that nothing was broken or scratched. You do have to assemble a number of componnts of the eBike, and while I was enventually able to figure it out, I am not sure that everyone would be as successful given the lack of details in the instructions. In addition, if you don’t have a bike mount to hold the bike while you assemble it, you really should have a second person to steady the bike as you put on the front wheel and handle bars. As I was assembling the eBike, I was happy with the quality of the materials and contruction. While they provided the necessary tools to assemble the bike, you will most definitly need a good pair of scissors or sharp knife to cut through the dozen or so zip cords that securly tie all the components together. While I expected to find a rear red reflector to mount on the stem of the seat, I was surprised that the battery had a key to disable it from powering the bike, a bell, and a front light that runs off the same batttery. Both tires required air, the chain was off the front gear and it was very challenging to get the chain back onto the gear. I would recommend the eBike if you feel you are up to the challenge of assembling the bike yourself to save some money. ... show more

I absolutely love this bicycle. Ever since I have been without a car to get to work was horrible. So I bought this electric bicycle due to being cheaper then a new car until I could save enough. I've been riding this bicycle 32 miles a day 5 days a week. Now I'm not the most physically active person so the electric assist while pedaling helps. Not to mention the ride is enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy riding long distances. The battery has lasted 1 round trip before needing recharging on economy mode but needs a one way charge for speed mode.     • An excellent mountain bike but a good commute bike
This Vivi e-mountain bike is an excellent mountain bike but a good commuter bike. Recommend for mountain bike but not recommend for commute mainly due to its cruise speed. Recommend the value for the money. I intend to use this Vivi ebike as commute bike, but the speed with my best pedal can reach 15-17, which is a couple of mph higher than I ride my road bike. The big advantage riding the Vivi ebike is I do not feel as tiresome for commuting with some hilly road. Battery last enough for me to ride near 50 mile/charge with fast speed. I experienced one very light drizzling day with no issue. Battery switch does not seem be water resistance. I do not recommend for heavy rain at all. When removed battery the connector expose to air. Recommend providing a plastic cover when park outside. Bike response fast. Control panel on handle bar used button design. Suggest sealed buttons to avoid bad weather. Installation was easy. Brakes work really well and feel safe when riding. Fork with suspension works really well. The reason I give 4 stars for the ebike is mainly due to the relatively low cruise speed and points that I found. ... show more

Used for transportation. Too many issues with having to get replacement parts after only using for a couple of months. Seat, Pedals, Rear Rim. Never again!

    • Excellent costomer Care
It's a good ride to do what you need to do ; What would really make bike , is if their was 1 lower speed - for start up : The instant speed is sometimes , a bad thing at start up . My neighbor , he rear ended a truck ; my self , running my dog , another dog tried to say hi , I stopped , now trying too deal with 2 dog's , bike took off, bringing the front up , spinning now , got to the break leaver , power discontinued ! All ended well. After contacting costomer Care , after a few conversation's , I was told that they are including the take off speed in newer models ! Sense then they have given me a additional 3 months of insurance coverage, now there giving free brake pads away. This company care's about it's guilty and costomers happyness ! Great doing business with the company ! Just putting a real thank you too the team work of this company + the free brake pads I just received :) ... show more

Great e bike and super affordable. Handles great even without the super fat tires, I've had it on ski mobile trails in the mountains and it goes with no problem! Overall very satisfied with this purchase so far!

Disappointing. This was a Christmas gift. When the bike arrived it was defective our motor has never worked. We have communicated to the seller and sent videos per instruction. No accountability, follow up or refund. I gave 2 stars because he still uses it to run the dogs
