The bike was okay to put together. Not difficult just time consuming. It says tools not in box, but they actually are in a nice pouch. Please please please watch the video cause manual sucks. Bought two and put together both ( 1 person female 53) in little over an 1 1/2 hours. Only one small scratch on one. It rides like a dream, but going to put a bigger seat on them. The batteries are easy to charge and slide in slot. The batteries seem to last forever and riding full speed. Had to go back to read how to turn on lights ( hold down + for two seconds) Neighbor road behind and got me going 17mph. Get one cause these things are super fun!!! ... show more

this is a great bike for the money. we ordered on December 18th paying $559 US dollars and it arrived a little bit after Christmas. we bought two identical white bicycles. the first one took me about 2 hours to put together using the online video; the second one took about 45 minutes. first off the packaging was very good even though the box was banged up quite a bit. none of the interior items were damaged or scratched. we pulled everything out and we had all parts necessary for both bikes however putting the rear luggage rack on was pretty difficult since it was welded incorrectly and two of the screw holes would not line up, they were about a half inch out of adjustment. upon getting the front wheels in we noticed that both front wheels rubbed slightly against the disc brakes. we had to readjust, that should really not happen. everything else was pretty much straightforward and I would suggest riding with a can of fix a flat with you. my wife laughed about my taking it in the saddle bag that we put on the back until I had a flat on the front tire about a week after using it. it was from a small sticker Burr if you can believe that. a slow leak when I got home and the next morning my tire was flat. this can happen to you 7 or 10 miles out, fix a flat.. keep that in mind. after assembly the bike itself seemed to work quite well. everything functioned as it should and there was more power in the low selection then I would have thought. going up a 70 ft bridge that transverses the intracoastal waterway here in Florida, I only needed medium on the engine speed and actually low might have done the trick as well. after about a week or two of owning the bike, I have never had it in the high position. I'm glad I bought the 500 watt motor and not the 350. we plan on using the bikes on the boat we will be purchasing this summer and this will be getting us around town in foreign ports as well as over to grocery stores for provisions. these bikes will be our main transportation and they appear to be sturdy enough and put together well enough that we can rely on them. seat tensioning was an issue until I got out my socket wrenches and really torque that baby down. no problems yet with the battery or anything else. disc brakes work great. we have gone over 15 miles on One battery charge using both full-time electric motor punctuated with pedal assist. I recently ordered two of the Vivi C26 bikes and they arrived pretty quick. One box was okay, but the other one was really beat up and since I wasn’t home when FedEx delivered the boxes I just hoped that bike would be okay. I assembled one bike and and it was easy to put together, but when I opened the damaged box I first noticed the keys were missing so I figured they must be somewhere in the box so I continued to assemble the bike. Once assembled I noticed the petals would strike the pavement so after further review I could see that the frame was bent badly to the point that the bike could not be ridden. I immediately contacted the Seller’s Customer Support Department and provided a detail explanation along with photos of the shipping problem and the bike’s condition. Without hesitation they told me not to worry as they were shipping a replacement bike and it arrived in less than a week which was great. I am very happy with both the bikes and their Customer Support Team and I would recommend these bikes without hesitation. ... show more

The bike was defective. Seat pops up in the upright position. Huge safety issue. Limited instructions with assembly. Cheap pastic wheel fenders. Tried to return the bike to the seller requesting a prepaid shipping label. Seller did not provide. Seller and Amazon does not stand behind this product. If item must be returned the return address from the seller is Puerto. UPS and U.S. post office refused shipment. UPS because it is more costly to ship the bike back than it is actually worth and the lithium battery is a class 9 dangerous good. U.S. post office will not accept this product because of the class 9 lithium battery it is a fire Hazzard. Save yourself the time and money do not buy this product. Was working on the return since after one week of the purchase. Not a happy consumer of this product. Seller was requesting the consumer to sell their defective product. I have 2 months of documentation, emails and numerous phone calls to Amazon to prove Amazon and the seller does not stand behind their product. ... show more

This bike is HEAVY. Instructions for assembly is less than ideal. It took about 2 hours after realizing some of the mis-steps. There is no particular instruction for this - other than the Owner's Manual. It has a lot of instructions but not useful for this model: C26. Battery Charging is especially frustrating. the Key has to be in a particular position and for me - I had to charge it for 8 hours initially (4 hours per instruction did not do the trick; and I didn't want it to catch fire :( ) once it is charged up - ONLY after I gave it a go - that the battery's status lights decided to work (one on the handle bar also worked) -- it does have a little wobble from the rear wheel -- HOWEVER, I'm happy about it -- I think this is a sold bike for the money! ... show more
