I have ridden the bike for about 200 miles and would like to share some observations. First it arrived on time and was well packed. Assembly was straightforward and the included manual and tools helped. I did need to recenter the disk brakes. For someone that has not been around bikes and not worked on them it would benefit to find some help. The top speed of 20mph is plenty for me, for a 350 watt motor it does fine. The biggest improvement would be a 4 or 5 level of pedal assist instead of 3 levels. I did replace the knobby tires with regular street tires as no off roading is planned. Bottom line, I am happy with the bike, for the price it is a good deal. The battery charger failed after the first charge, I messaged the seller about the failure and a new charger was sent. So I would say that customer service was good. Ron J.

The media could not be loaded. vivi e bike We purchased this vivi e-bike for my son who needed a way to get to and from school as we are close enough to where we can’t get bus service but to far to walk. he really wanted a mountain bike style and this bike was exactly what we were looking for. It allows him to use as a regular bike or e bike as his choice. Either way it’s a fun way to get to and from school as i’m at work when school starts and i can’t drive him. We love all the features this bike has to offer! Great quality! 1. Battery is so powerful and it is removable and easy to charge anywhere there is an outlet , i don’t have to find a spot to park the bike against to charge . I can take it inside any establishment and charge it where they allow . This convenience is great when traveling long distances . Also the battery last a long time as it can go up to 30 miles before recharge . 2. It has shock absorption-hi rebound front fork suspension Allowing for a smoother for comfortable ride even on tougher terrain. 3. Lighting - It has lights in the front and reflectors in the back, so easy to ride in the dark and be seen by other drivers. 4. Powerful Motor- 350w motor which is a mountain bike exclusive. Max speed 20 mph. Great on hills and inclines that are tough to self pedal up. Even has a boost push mode!! 5. Has a double disc Brake and support system power cut protection. Allowing for quick and safe stops. Shortens breaking time and distance. 6. Frame is aluminum Alloy so it will last and 26” big good for teen or adult! Cable port all waterproof. 7. Easy to learn and understand operations. All instructions easy to follow and understand. 8. This bike has 3 electric modes and 21 speed gears. Going from 5-20 miles per hour. bike can be used in electric mode, boost mode or assisted mode. All adjusted right in front handle bars. My son rides this bike everywhere and is enjoying his vivi bike . This bike will hold up in all sorts of terrains and riding. It required little assembly considering it’s a mountain bike and came packaged well. I did watch a helpful video on youtube for assembly! E bikes are now more popular than ever popping up all over the cities and towns. We are proud to own the vivi as it’s a great powerful bike worth every penny!

The media could not be loaded. I had purchased a bike for my son that even after putting it together, I was still having to adjust handlebars, brakes and a lot more other things which in total took about 3 hours from start to finish. With this bike, in under 45 minutes, it was put together and I was riding it. After putting everything together, I found that at first, I was having difficulties putting the battery on. It wasn't until I noticed that the keys that come with this help lock the battery in place so no one steals it. Once that was done, I was able to flip the power button on the side on and start riding. To get the bike started, you do need to start pedaling, but once it starts, you can then start using the motor. Whether I'm going slow, medium or fast, this bike has a smooth ride to it. I recently took it to a beach trip and it made riding along the coastline not only easier but it allowed me to go for a longer than normal ride. I manually pedaled the first half and then had the bike take me back. Switching gears is really simple, just push a button and done. Braking is gentle, meaning it's not an abrupt stop when using the motor. What I thought was cool and didn't notice but it comes with a bike bell that people can actually hear. When done riding, this did come with a power cord to charge the battery and while it does take a bit, once it's charged, it automatically shuts off. The covers that go in the front and back that help block debris, water, mud and anything else from hitting me during my ride are pretty self explanatory when installing. It's a matter of looking at a picture of the bike and then matching the screw holes. Whether I'm riding on flat or hills, this bike has never once struggled when I use the motor on this bike. The bike itself is somewhat light and I was able to hang it on my bike hooks that I have in my garage. This bike is really great for either short or long distances.

This is the 3rd electric bike I have purchased & is by far the best. Excellent value, a quality/sturdy bike all around with excellent power. I'm 6'2" 250lb & it fits me great. It also handles my weight while wearing a 30lb backpack like a charm. This thing has some power, blows away my last 2 ebikes. I worked with customer service to fix a minor problem I had several months after purchase & they were very knowledgeable & helpful, sent me a brand new part free of charge that worked perfectly. Can't recommend this bike enough!
