Ordered them for football practice as I am a coach. Used them all summer long then they wore out but I literally used them for three months daily. Standing and running around coaching. The slip right out and don’t really adhere to your shoe sole but I liked that. Not sure if they were supposed to adhere but oh well. Great for daily use for three or four months.

My feet used to throb with pain at the end of my shifts at work and would ache for at least 2 days. When you first receive these, the first thing you’ll notice is how soft and thick it is, as well as how sticky it is. Honestly, these could double as a lint roller for your shoes. These will grip the insides of your shoes and for a while, your socks. Anyway, you’ll definitely feel a difference from the first step and throughout your day. I will have to add, though, that the arches of my feet ache more from wearing these and it could be that the insoles don’t seamlessly transition from the insole to the shoe insole— or maybe it could be something else from my feet. These will definitely help you and at this low of a price, no other insoles can compare

I bought these to put in a pair of running shoes to help with Achilles tendonitis. They are wayyyy too heavy, however, to run with -- they make my running shoes feel like lead plates -- and I tossed them and stuck with my Tulis. I'm giving them three stars, however, because they are well-cushioned, and would probably work better if you were a waiter standing on your feet all day. Although you would have very tired and heavy legs at the end of your shift.

I'm using them for heel fat pad atrophy (or perhaps it was an injury while barefoot that I did not notice). So I doubt I will ever go barefoot again except on well padded carpet. These fit inside the shoe to make the heel more comfortable. On some shoes I use these and on some others I use a Tuligel heavy duty heel pad cup. The shoe dictates which one you need and you can't tell until you try. On some shoes the cups come out after a few steps. On some shoes these flat gels move around too much. I find that if one doesn't work on a shoe then the other one usually will. There are also diabetic socks that come in very large sizes which allows you to place the heel pad cup on underneath the socks. I'm not diabetic but if you want big socks then diabetic socks are the only thing I have found that are large.

I thought these would stretch the tendon to reduce the plantar fasciitis, but the doctor told me they only provide padding to reduce pain. They work well in some shoes, but not so much in ones with high arch supports. Sometimes when going for a long walk, my feet slide to the front of my shoes, jamming up my toes. It’s not a problem with this particular product. I think the product concept is flawed. Maybe it’s because I’m flat footed. I didn’t use the adhesive. I just left the plastic peel off in place so I can move them to different pairs of shoes. This makes it hard to put my shoes on without the pad slipping forward.
