Wow! If the ingredients don't wake you up the flavor certainly will. I little strong and unexpected, but its only a shot and you get used to it over time. It tastes EXACTLY like all the ingredients listed which makes me feel good because I know there isn't other crap in there. I use these to give me a boost before an 8 mile run. Excellent product and internal packing. The internal packing included multiple ice packs and the product was very cold when delivered. The external shipping box was severely damaged and had been retaped. However, I was so pleased the internal packing was sufficient to keep these cold and not broken.
