This product looks good, but it's truly a piece of garbage. Literally! Had it for one month before having it replaced for defective motors. Three months later and I lost power while on the road. The company told me what might be wrong and told me to change the fuses. When that didn't work, they told me that I needed to buy 2 new batteries at $75 a piece. Parts designed to fail as soon as warranty ends, so they can make more profits, while leaving customers stranded! Contacting BBB... ... show more

I like it, easy to assemble, we will see after first full charge. Drove around on carpet ok. My impression is that it's well built, it is not light weight if you have a muscle disease this is not the chair for you. I like the quality but we could not figure out where the 15 amp fuse would go.

Only problem, I wish there was a rear controller system. My wife has Parkinson’s Dementia. And so i relocated controller to the rear. So I can ‘drive’ her around. Works perfectly for me. Since I have nerve damage and torn rotator cuff.

Within the month the charger broke i got replaced excellent service but now its starting to happen again n some of the nuts holding it together keep coming loose i had to unscrew and tighten them with teflon overall i loved it and am highly disappointed i hope they can replace the charger a second time if not ill change my rating to a 1 star the only reason i put 3 is bcuz of their excellent customer service ... show more

It was much too heavy. I'm 6'0", 280lbs and workout. I found placing this chair in my trunk by myself very difficult. I purchased it based on their false advertising showing a man who looks around 55yo with the chair in the trunk of his car. I would like to see video of him actually putting the chair in and taking it out of his trunk. Because it is so heavy I returned it using Amazon's return process. The status on my Amazon account states "Return request approved." After a couple of days receiving confirmation that the chair was delivered, I had to start an inquiry into the status of my refund. It still took them 3 days to research before instructing me to call their customer service number. The CSR informed me of their return policy (which I could not find anywhere in Amazon). But go to their website where it states "Customers may be required to pay cost of return label + restocking fee* (20%). All purchases have a 30-day return window. Customer is responsible return label, Vive Health can issue a label but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement." They state it still may be a week before they issue a refund (minus their charges) as the chair needs to be examined. Keep in mind, they've had the chair for 5 days already. I've never had such difficulty returning an item purchased here. Had Vive been more transparent about their return policy, I would have never ordered the item in the first place. ... show more

Comfortable rides great. I just wish there was a way to disengage the motor so if you knew you would be out longer than the battery life you could start out pushing at first then saving battery power for the end of the day.
