Read multiple articles on treatment and besides the exercises, Web MD suggested that I put a splint on my affected finger at night while sleeping. Found a splint on Amazon at a good price and, received 2 splints. Hopefully I won't need the 2nd splint. Adjustable velcro with slight padding. Good deal. I'm using this for a trigger finger, but also to try to straighten a finger that is bent from rheumatoid arthritis. Works great for the trigger finger..have to give it more time for the other.

The finger splint works well when it’s brand new. It is easy to use. Overtime the velcro does not stay in place and overtime and starts coming apart.

I'm new to trigger finger and it's associated pain. The uncurling of the finger in the morning caused wincing pain everyday! Purchased these and wore one for the first time last night. I wear this splint for two weeks and then my trigger finger is back in shape with less swelling and it doesn’t collapse anymore. But I have to keep using it occasionally.
