It produces a tiny little bubbling brook sound while it is running and has options for run time to come on and shut off or to run continuously. This diffuser is truly perfect. I’ve tried a few different ones and some are noisy, some leave water residue, some you stop smelling after a an hour. This one has none of that. It’s so perfect looking and quaint, it’s ultra silent, the mist is the perfect amount, the ring light along the bottom is sleek but not too bright that it keeps me awake, it fits in so well with my earth tone/ woodsy aesthetic . I’ve run it for hours and can smell it the whole time. 10/10 would buy it again. Well worth it!!

I purchased this Vitruvi diffuser in December as a gift, in March while using the Vitruvi diffuser I smelled plastic burning and traced it to the Vitruvi diffuser's power connection (see attached photo). If I had been in another part of the house and not smelled the smoke it might have ignited the wood table it was sitting on, the table was hot to the touch after moving the Vitruvi diffuser. I went to the Vitruvi website and sent a message explaining what happened, with pictures, and got no response. The advertising promotes lifetime customer assistance and support yet I can’t get a response after only a few months. Not very happy about spending the extra money for this product.

To start the packaging on the diffuser felt so luxury and was really cute to unbox! I love the white color and the stone texture fits the vibe of my apartment perfectly! Beautiful product! I love the quality of it as the cover is made out of a nice, heavy set stone material. The power cord and buttons are on the back which make the product blend into spaces easily. There is a very low humming noise which I find rather pleasant; kinda like white noise. Although it’s a small diffuser, it’s quite odorizing. It scented my entire living room.

The product itself is fine in that it did what it was supposed to do - fill with water and scent and it provided nice aromatherapy for up to 8 hours on a timer. The outside stone cover was a tactile turnoff for my son, who I bought it for, but it didn't bother me. However, it has slowly stopped working. First the 8 hour timer button stopped working - just can't be pressed. And as of today it just shuts off after 30 seconds when I turn it on. I've followed all instructions re water level, cleaning, and scent, so this is very disappointing, especially for a very expensive item.

This diffuser is so beautiful and so small but packs a powerful punch. It can scent my whole room within seconds! I love how cute and dainty it is. There are a few things I don't love though. The ceramic lid is heavily textured which makes cleaning it a nightmare. Its also super difficult to align the ceramic lid with the base without looking carefully, unlike other diffusers that can just slide in place.
