Alot of hype about these things - and how in general: whichever company you choose to purchase from - they're all essentially built from the same hands - in the same locations. So word to the wise - be selective and careful on how you price these. With that out of the way - I got a very good price on this, it's something I wish I would have done much much sooner! I'm 5 11" 138 lbs, and I only ride with my gear (drone/camera/backpck) which at least adds 20 more lbs - yet in a normal flat road - I can easily cruise between 36 to 37 mph. I've already put 200 miles on this thing. The only small gripe I have is how there doesn't seem to be a guide/manual on how to perform your own maintenance... I went online and looked - couldn't locate. I'd like to adjust the sensitivity of the brake levers - as lately - squeezing both of them still lacks the confidence it only just had a week ago. This is also pretty subdue flashy - if you don't have a garage - and honestly - doesn't matter if you're in a nice area or lower class - this baby will be stolen in a heart beat. I keep it locked up when I'm out and about - but when home - I can easily tote it up my stairs, fold it in half, and it snugs up in my laundry room (super convenient). It's overall just a no brainer, if you don't have a license - here you go. If you like to bike, but maybe are suffering with arthritis - here you go! I love this thing very much. ... show more

This bike is a beast! It is fast. I'm 510 180, I took it down my street which is level and was hitting 30 plus easy throttle level 5. Its been about 10 years since I rode a bike, and this is my first e bike. I made a great choice. It does get some use too, I'm not used to goin as fast as I did. It's going to be a great commute bike! Update... 2 weeks in, the honeymoon is over. Do I still love this bike? Yes! Sadly I got my first flat ever. In many years of owning a regular bikes, I never got a flat while riding. Just one small size pin took out my rear. So I took it to the bike shop who handle my services in the past. Unfortunately they do not handle bikes not bought from them. Never thought about it, but this was the first bike I bought outside their store. I called around and no one in my area services e bike not bought from their store. I had to learn quickly how to do it myself with the help of videos.. Thank God for that. Bottom line, before buying , make sure you can take it to your nearest bike shop for service. Now I got to learn how to maintain and tune up my bike. Do I regret my purchase? Nah! My first e bike and besides, my bike shop sells them albeit, high end for several thousands bucks. Not ready for that kind of investment. ... show more

    • Good Bike needs more instructions
Ive had it for about 2 weeks so far speed and pedal assist modes which are 1 through 5. At 5 each pedal rotation will push u ahead with the most force. Or you dont have to pedal at all and just hold throttle down. 1 through 5 modes the same. The only problem is there is not enough instructions in the box. The axle that comes in the bike forks is just for the shipping and can be tossed out and replaced with the other axle in the box ( I had no idea it was an axle). So i rode all day around on an axle that wasnt suppose to be used. There were also bike mirrors in the box but no instructions on how to install them. I had to email them a couple of times for all this info. ... show more

This bike is awesome. I try to get in a ride at least every other day. I bought this for my girlfriend to ride along with me. I have a super73. It’s about a quarter of the price and it can definitely keep up. Great acceleration and top speed is 28mph. The seat is adjustable so it fits almost any adult. Been learning to wheelie on it. Thing is a blast. A few things got loose after the first couple rides but I just put some lock tire and a few of the screws and retightened them. Everything is solid now. It is foldable but it’s still pretty heavy. It could fit in the trunk of a few cars but not a Tesla model 3. Definitely recommend this bike to anybody looking for a fun and fast bike. ... show more

The bike came very well packed and a day early. Assembly was easy and quick and the battery already had a charge. The bike is solid with thick tubing and strong welds, there’s even a protection bar on the rear derailleur. The wheels are a solid metal and seem extra durable (no more spokes). The front and rear lights, blinkers and electric horn are all nice safety additions. The bike rides very smooth and we have gotten it up to 27 mph on straightaways. We’ve only had it 2 days and have ridden it about 12 miles and still have 63% battery left. This bike was for my wife and I waited to see how I fit on it and how it held up when I rode it to purchase another for me. I’m 6’ 225lbs and with the handlebars all the way up and seat pretty high I fit well and don’t look silly. I am still able to reach 27 mph and the shocks work well with my stature. So we ordered another that will arrive this week. We will update and add another review once we ride more miles. TIP: join the Vitilan Facebook group, there’s some good tips and more photos there if you’re considering purchasing one and want a bit more insight. ... show more

    • Fair price bike
So far I’m happy with this purchase. I was delivered on time or faster. Rides nice just with the pedals or combo or even full power. The seat is not bad but needs to be change. The Throttle is next to the right grip and it’s a twist throttle. Not bad at all and I’m not sure if a thumb or Push bottom will be better. The replacement battery is very expensive like haft the price of the bike. I don’t need a battery yet but I did price it. The frame is well built and the manual instruction not well written. It said fill tires to 100psi well do not do that. Read the tires and it saids to fill to 30 psi. Thank God I have Common sense. LOL over all in very happy with this bike and everyone that knows about it wants one or something similar. Also I bought a second one for my wife. Note, they have a pro model but it’s not worth the price. Unless you want Hydraulic brakes, one extra gear for the peddling, and rear shock. But both have the same motor and speed. Nevertheless both are very cool. So for now two thumbs up. Oh not sure about customer service how good or bad they are. I didn’t need to call them. Hopefully I don’t have to. ... show more
