I've owned this bike for 2 years now and it works flawlessly. Not sure about the other bad review, I've had zero problems. I've even let the battery sit for 4 months and it stays fully charged. It does take a long time to charge the battery but that's because the included charger is pretty small and it's a pretty large battery. I know you can get a bigger/faster charger that will charge at higher watts if you want. It's pretty fast too, it will get up to 28 MPH which might not sound fast but it is on a bike. I get around 20 miles on a charge, it will depend on how much you pedal, I don't pedal much so it's mostly running off the battery. The rear rack is easily removable if you don't like the look of it. Oh and did i mention it folds! It fits in my trunk so I don't have to deal with a bike rack. ... show more

    • Good Bike needs more instructions
Ive had it for about 2 weeks so far speed and pedal assist modes which are 1 through 5. At 5 each pedal rotation will push u ahead with the most force. Or you dont have to pedal at all and just hold throttle down. 1 through 5 modes the same. The only problem is there is not enough instructions in the box. The axle that comes in the bike forks is just for the shipping and can be tossed out and replaced with the other axle in the box ( I had no idea it was an axle). So i rode all day around on an axle that wasnt suppose to be used. There were also bike mirrors in the box but no instructions on how to install them. I had to email them a couple of times for all this info. ... show more

My wife and I bought 2 e bikes from Vitilan, very quickly the front brake on her bike broke, we reported it to vitilan support through their email, the only response was to send back a link to purchase a new brake. Very shortly after the battery on my bike went bad and again support sent a link to buy a new battery. We are a 60 year old couple that takes care of our things. Buy a vitilan bike if you prefer, just don't expect it to last or have real support from them. ... show more
