The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful product, easy installation, and decent heat output. However, it emits a high pitched humming noise while on. If you aren't sensitive to these type of things, no big deal. Worth noting for those that are. After using this for a while now, I find the humming to be so loud (again I'm sensitive) that I don't like using it. Also, this heater has a high/ low heat setting only. My old heater had an exact temperature control with auto shutoff. I much prefer my old unit and would return if it wasn't such a hassle. ... show more

It’s long, quiet and doesn’t sit too far out from the wall. The colors are great and the flames look amazing. So many color and flame combinations to choose from. Wish the flames were bigger and that it came with some wood like twigs/logs.
