I WISH this product had told me that even if you bleached your hair within the past 3 years it would turn it into jelly. I bleached my hair 1.5 years ago and colored it back to my normal color over 1 year ago. I had to chop off 5 inches of elastic hair that the product did not warn me about... I know this is an at home fail and I did it to myself but still I wish the instructions were stating the different things that will happen to your hair. My current hair that is left that wasn't bleached ever is a straw like material even though I only had it on for the recommended time of 7 minutes. Please be careful when using this!!! Make sure you havnt bleached any of the hair you are using this on. Even if it was 3 years ago and it doesn't look bleached anymore! ... show more

Only product you can use with major follicle damage. Only product you should trust. Ever. I use a base cream for sensitive scalps I bought separately first and then every bottle including protection liquid.... I never leave on long enough for straight just to comb through and leave slightly wavy. Only product I can trust. I use only 3 times a year. I wash out with mizani neutralize shampoo. Then I follow with shampoo in box. And then I use salerm hi repair shampoo and conditioner. Next day I shampoo with neutralizwr again and repeat whole process of shampoo then after hi repair use novex bamboo leave in for follicles.... I follow up with Salerm hair regenerator daily tiles (buy large box of 32 and use every day as leave in) This is the only product you can trust with your scalp. Never Burns. Never damaged. But u can comb thru hair. This is my Second purchase. Will use one more time this year. Hope to get length and texture back one day if there is a miracle... But for now don't have to fear more damage!!! U must buy if you have damaged or never want damage hair. Only use Vitale and other Spanish products if you like keeping your hair. Novex is Brazilian and Salerm is from Spain. Vitale says you can use one container twice but to be safe I throw out left over and order new. Be smart....use Vitale relaxer ... show more

I had to come order it from Amazon because they don't sell them in the stores anymore, I'm not sure why. my mom has been using this type of relaxer for yearssss. It's the only one I've ever put in my hair since I started getting them back in 2012.

Easy to use during this pandemic. Left no memorable tingling. It did take a while for the pink to fade while using the neutralizing shampoo, and had to rewash multiple times; but better safe than sorry.
