I have been taking these for several months now. My nails and hair feel healthier, and over all I feel better. They are easy to swallow and there is no odor or taste to them. For me they seem to be a great go to for an overall vitamin.

Thanks to the pandemic I experienced unexpected hair loss in early 2022 so, as per my doctors’ recommendation, I’ve been taking biotin ever since and I have really seen a difference! My hair doesn’t seem to be growing faster but it DOES seem thicker and healthier - and my nails are growing like weeds! These capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow (this is good since the serving size is 3/day). As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. This particular supplement contains very unique ingredients so I’m not concerned about getting overlap with the other vitamins I’m taking. Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking these for over a year and am very happy with my hair and nails.
