Product arrived right on time (2 day delivery requested) and in sturdy packaging. I ordered the large size for a door length insert with the vining flower 3d prism effect that allows diffused light to penetrate as well as to see if someone is on the other side of the door. It is opaque enough that you don't see too much detail, just a blurred effect. Great for safety. When sunlight hits it, the prism effect is georgeous. On cloudy days, it appears as expensive, finely etched glass. It was installed on a sunroom door that goes out to a patio grill area that can sometimes look a bit messy, so the blurr effect keeps an elegant, tidy look from the inside. The film is high quality and looks just like the photos online. Simple to install and lasts forever. Don't have to worry about small children leaving messy fingerprints on the glass either! Price is very reasonable for a dramatic change. Love it!

Absolutely fantastic! Easy to apply: just wet window with soapy water and stretch over glass. It helps to have two people to hold it straight. Starting from the top of the window, unroll cover. Smooth out bubbles with a spatula as you go. What I loved the most about how easy this is to apply: you can stretch the film cover to give or take on the edges, it's very forgiving. Add more soapy water if it starts to get dry. When you have it in place, it sticks really well. Then trim the edge if needed. Because this is so easy to manipulate, we were able to stretch exactly to the edge and didn't need to trim. Then it dries it stays exactly where you put it! Stayed on my 4 full length windows for over a year now. Looks Amazing! Always get compliments. I like that this adds privacy, cuts down the heat coming through the glass on summer days, and most of all, adds a gorgeous element of Elegance to the space. Couldn't be more pleased.

looks very nice, was easy to install for most part (read the directions; watch youtube. i started out trying to cut to size - cut larger and use a knife to carefully trim excess - much easier that way!! Have to tear open the box to see their directions which was weird). I had an issue with one corner of last window i did - it wouldnt adhere. I think perhaps i didnt clean that part of window well, or got it too wet or not wet enough (tried adding water and holding in place but ended up using spray adhesive to hold it down. I think it was user error, not the product. Provides privacy but lets in filtered light. Was able to throw out the ugly sheers on my back door and hanging in front side window by front door. big improvement! and this pattern is very nice.

The installation of this window film could not have gone better. Step 1) Clean your windows. I used standard window cleaner. Step 2) Gather your supplies. All I needed was a ruler (to act as a squeegee), razor knife, squirt bottle full of soapy water (I used an 8 oz. spray bottle with a few drops of Dawn dish soap), tape measure, and a straight edge. The straight edge may not be required, but it certainly makes life easier when cutting the film. Step 3) Measure your windows, then cut film slightly oversized. I have slider windows in my workshop, with each half being approximately 15" x 34". I measured each to 15.5" and cut the full 36" width. Step 4) Remove the backing film. That's the side that will go on your window. If you have a big window this may be a two person step. Step 5) Spray soapy water on your clean window. You will know it isn't enough water if you cannot easily slide the corner of the film into the corner of the window. A light spritz all over the glass should do it. Step 6) Use your ruler or squeegee to remove the air bubbles. I found it easiest to start in the middle and press out to the edges. Step 7) Using your razor knife, while holding the film so it doesn't slide, remove the extra film by cutting along the edge of the glass. Be careful not to cut yourself. You're done! Well, you're done if that's your only window. Otherwise: rinse and repeat as needed. I think what I enjoy most is the illusion of a strained glass appearance. When sunlight hits the film at a certain angle, a myriad of colors are visible. I also noticed a drop in heat coming through the window when it was being shined on directly. I cannot speak for longevity at this time, as my film only has a well of life on my windows, but I'll give an update in the future.

I applied this film to a dining room window that faced a nosy neighbor. I wanted something that would prevent him from seeing into my house. This film is not only beautiful but provides privacy even when the lights are on inside at night. You cannot see any detail from outside at night with the inside lights on. This is not a stick on film. Read the instructions (they are printed on the inside of the box, which is not the best idea). The company also sent the instructions in an email. You will need the following tools: measuring tape, glass cleaner, water bottle (with soapy water), towels, squeegee, scissors, and razor blade cutter) Measure your surface and add at least one inch. Cute the film to size. Clean the window. Spray the window with soapy water (a lot). Remove the backing from the film. Spray the smooth side of the film with soapy water. Place the wet smooth side on the wet window. Move it around until your top corners/edges are aligned. Use the squeegee to get the water out (towels to soak it up) over and over until there are no bubbles (you may need to press the top with your hand while you use the squeegee). Now use the scissors to cut the corners and the razor to slice the excess (like wallpaper). Finally use a towel to go over the film. Check your corners if they are not staying down then wet them again and press. Fit is important !! If the film is too long and overlaps a surface you have to trim it back. Check your work in 24 hours and wet down any corners and/or trim. This stuff is great!
