Had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning with installation but customer service is TOP NOTCH! and they helped me get sorted out. This is a great beginner laser. I've never owned one before and the ease of use is what attracted me to this particular model. I have not tested the rotary element, but I will soon. Its already proven to be a great investment and I'm sold on the brand. A++++++++++
