We had purchased a new front door and I finally got around to putting it in. The door comes pre-hung on the frame so there is really no adjusting height without it turning into a major job. I had a 1/4 inch gap that needed to be filled. I saw this garage seal which has a gradual height up to 1/2 inch. After some trial and error I was able to position it so the door closes tight close to the center. So far it has broken in well and seals tight. Finally no bugs getting through the door anymore! I will be ordering another roll for my actual garage door as well! Make sure you use Loctite 1390595 Premium Construction PL Adhesive to hold it down. It takes 24 hours to fully cure but once it is hard it isn't going anywhere! Make sure you duct tape it place so it doesn't move while it is drying.

This worked very well to close the gap tightly under the garage doors and sealed out rain water from entering under the door. Clean the concrete, mark where it's going to be installed, apply construction adhesive that bonds to rubber and concrete and apply. Leave the door closed for 24 hours and that's it. This has seen several heavy rainstorms since installation and has stopped all water intrusion where it was installed. Highly recommend

No issues at all installing to new shop concrete floor under two 10' roll up doors. Ordered the 20' length, received 20' 2", so had a bit excess after cutting to fit both doors. Cut with a sharp set of utility scissors. Laid out flat, was flexible enough to easily align, bit stiff enough to hold the line. Highly recommend spending the money on some good adhesive, such as Gorilla adhesive silicone caulk.

Had to shop for the right one as there are big differences. This seller is in the USA and many are straight from China AND trust me this is the right material and shape you want. I used 100% silicone to adhere to concrete and its solid. This is HIGH-quality material. The morning after installation I find insects and beetles on the outside of the door that can no longer get in despite the cushion on the base of all doors. No no more bugs in my garage. I would buy this product again or for anyone This is the best available Seller should advertise a USA company as most are made in China but also sold directly from China trying to look like a USA company that cuts American sellers out of the picture (a growing trend ) Thanks for a great product
