It’s so good for the price and everyone that sleepover loves the bed because of how comfortable it is. Has both memory foam and springs I believe, which feel balanced and great. Not sure about the cooling, because I don’t really check and I don’t get hot in my sleep. I can't say enough how comfortable this mattress is! Also, don't be afraid if you live alone about setting this up by yourself. I drug it from the front door, down a flight of stairs into my bedroom. I unboxed it and laid it on my current boxspring before SLOWLY cutting the plastic. It immediately spring up to a full size mattress. I did sleep on the sofa for a couple of night to allow the bed to fully expand. Because I used my current box spring with this mattress and I have a high 4 poster bed, I did have to invest in a step stool to get in the bed. I have slept soundly since the first night. Its not too firm and not too soft. My sciatica pain from my old mattress completely disappeared too! Highly recommended this matress. ... show more
