Instead of purchasing a new mattress for 2K, I decided on a 2” firm Dunlop latex mattress topper.. and instead of buying their dinky mattress topper cover, I bought this mattress copper infused pad instead (to couple with a mattress topper). It is perfection, very plush, and well made, including the stretchy part that can accommodate up to 18” thick mattress (or less due to is design). It is like having a pillow top mattress! I love the fact that it is copper infused to disperse heat. I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but this mattress pad deserves recognition. Our expensive latex mattress had a pillow top on only one side. We couldn’t flip it so the pillow top on the mattress was indented after 10 years. We didn’t want to toss the mattress ($2000 to replace it) and the topper from this company allows us to flip and use the mattress a few more years. Very nice batting on the topper. Well worth the small price.

If you want to feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud, you need this mattress cover. Our mattress is on the older side, good but not quite ready for replacement—but not as plush as it once was. This cover should extend its life because it restored the comfort factor. We had one very nice bamboo cover, and when it wore out, we tried to get the same one from the same store. The second one was never as good, and never stayed on as it should. This new one from Amazon is absolutely perfect. The pocket is very sturdy and quite deep, which is essential for a thick mattress. The elastic around the edge is very nice and relatively wide, and it lays flat. We had bought some straps to anchor it, but they were not necessary. It’s plush right out of the bag and didn’t have any type of unpleasant or chemical smell. There might be a fancier mattress cover, and certainly there are more expensive ones and there are cheaper ones—but at this moderate price point, I don’t think you would do better than with this one.

I have been buying mattress pads a long time and was very impressed with how plump and overfilled this mattress pad is. Wonderful material (bamboo) on the top that did have a cooling feeling on my hand. I just bought a brand new Winkbed, the GravityLux Medium, which is the only bed that has ever not caused me lower back and hip pain. My old Spring air mattress was the closest to allowing me true support and comfort but I guess are no longer as readily available for purchase in stores now. My boyfriend of 7 months has this bed and I could not believe how pain free I was waking in the morning!!! I didn't feel crippled and like I was 100 years old when I would sleep at his house. So I bought the same bed and OMG! Best $1600 ever!!! However, this mattress pad was too thick and lofty for my new bed and ruined the way it cradles and supports my lower back. I so wanted this pad to work as it is fantastic quality and feels so plush. But it ruined the way my new bed sleeps and cradles my body. It did not move around on the bed nor did I notice that it kept me warmer than it should. Had to return so I can find something that does not interfere with the support my new bed gives my back. This pad would be *perfect* for a bed that has lost some support as it is that thick of a pad or a bed that is too soft needing a bit more firmness and along with that cuddle feeling.

I'm sure it would have been a great product. Receiving a Box that is already taped up, and going back and finding NO MORE in stock, having bought it on a good sale is a suspicious set of events. I am not sleeping on someone's returned used mattress cover. No thank you!
