Performance is great! But after 4 months of use I had to tap the pc to be able to turn it on , and after 5 months of using it, the wifi adapters weren't reading the wifi signal, I sent an email to ViprTech support and let me tell you customer service from ViprTech are amaizing, they reached out to me in less than 24 hours, they agreed to fix my PC at not extra cost except shipping and handling which it was not more than 100 dollars, we sent it back to the factory, they fixed all the problems and sent it back to me in less than 10 days. Now the PC is working just like it supposed to be, I also updated from 2 to 5 stars because I know they went above and beyond to fix my PC , I give a big high five đź‘‹ to Matt who help me with all the process and answer every question that I had. Thank you so much. My son is now very happy to be able to play his games. Also thank you for the stickers you guys sent with the accessories. ... show more

Absolutely horrible, this is one cheap computer. They make this computer look nice on Amazon but when you get it it's the cheapest thing ever. The computer would not turn on initially so I noticed there's a number taped on the computer that says please call us FIRST and not initiate a return. I call the number at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and guess what??? They are closed, but by the grace of God, I got it on. The PC is running sluggish but I STILL continue to set everything up so I can game on it, go to connect my Bluetooth mouse, the PC can't find it, try to connect my Bluetooth keyboard, can't find it, try to connect my xbox one controller, can't find it, the Bluetooth doesn't work on it and could not locate a single thing. That was the deal breaker for me. I received it at 12:30pm and had it at packed right back up and shipped back by 3:45pm the same day. Horrible experience. ... show more

Works pretty good for what it is used for. Good value, no documentation included with it for the BIOS or motherboard, so if need to change something will need to Google the setting to see what it is, or find out which headers are which.

I got the pc on time and the packaging was very good. The computer turned on, it works fine. The rgb lighting is nice and all the parts are exactly what they are supposed to be. I would recommend viprtech

I purchased two of these as a Christmas gift, but purchased them early so by the time they were in use, it was too late to do anything about. The first came crash out of the box with a damaged GPU, I tried to contact the company online to submit a ticket, but the link for their support page didn’t work, when I tried calling the number listed, it told me what details to have to submit a ticket but would disconnect the call before I got to speaking with someone or leaving a message, i had to cut my loss on this one and go replace the GPU myself and hope that was the only issue. The second seemed pretty fine for a while till we noticed the Bluetooth didn’t work, which wasn’t as big of a deal especially after fighting with the issues in the other. While I did end up keeping them both, I can say I would never make another purchase from Viprtech again. That being said once those issues were fixed, they are okay computers for the price, a little on the louder side, but they seem to be doing the job for now. ... show more

Spite it came with minor dents in its shield part of the mobo this pc runs really great was worth the money and don't over heat i swapped out the gpu in it with my rx 7600 i get good frames all it don't have is hard drive bays but i can get external hard drives it runs games great and streams great worth the money i can run games like battlefield 2045 looks nice and saves space don't get really hot so the heat level stays at a good place one day i will buy more viper tech pcs worth the money i just didn't like the gpu it came with so i changed it out it functions well. ... show more

I've had this pic for almost a year runs fortnite great can't play call of duty warzone since I need tpm 2.0 and I tried to see what motherboard is used and I guess it's generic I tried to play battlefield 6 red sec I need to secure Boot feature on I go to bios and turned it on now I get a secure Boot violation and can't get it work so I can't play any of those 2 games since I have to keep my secure Boot disabled smh ... show more
