I purchased this for my 3 year old to play Minecraft and other games he enjoys. For the price it’s a great entry level system, the unit I received has a b350m and the rx580 8g, I still use a b450m with the rx580 4g in my build and it does fine on most games so I wasn’t worried about the performance from a graphics stand point. The system boots quickly, a little noisy but nothing crazy. The rgb buttons, do work properly and I can not say how the included wireless adapter works as I have it networked but I will say it is a nicer dongle than what I have received from other builders. Not a competitive build but great price for performance on a prebuilt, plus it looks good! ... show more

I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this seller. My delivery date came and went and when I contacted the seller I was told the PC was in the process of being built. They dragged their feet for another couple weeks. It wasn't until I told the seller I was asking for my money back is when I was told the PC had been shipped. The PC only worked for a couple days before we had to return it for repairs, which took nearly a month before the PC was shipped back. I was told the PC had to be completely rebuilt. We noticed a lot of the internal parts weren't the same as the first PC - less quality. Again the PC only worked for a day or two before it completely stopped working altogether. We asked for our money back and was told we were passed the date of receiving our money back. So....we are out $700 plus tax and a PC that doesn't work AT ALL!! ... show more

1 out of 3 was not as "new" as the others. 2 out of 3 loaded in repair mode but quickly repaired and loaded. 1 out of 3 came in with a slight dent on the case at the base but I cant tell if it was a shipping thing or was shipped that way. I did buy the extra 2 year coverage just in case I need it. Now 3 out of 3 run very well no issues, 2 of those have new video cards added and we are trying to abuse the limits of what the pcs can do. Still looking for the limits haven't found them yet. Great air flow, great visibility, plenty of rood for upgrading gpu. I plan to buy another one very soon to replace the asus train wreck I have on life support. ... show more

We bought this item our daughter to be able to use for her school and also to use for playing games. The after the 1st day of use the the PC kept kicking out a hard drive error, after many calls and email with the sell they shipped another hard drive to replace it with and that new hard drive did the same thing and kicked out the same boot error as well. We cannot get this unit to connect to our WIFi in the home that is 5g it will connect to the 2.4 WIFI for only 5 mins at the most then in order to get it to reconnect we need to restart the PC. took it to a computer store and according to the computer expert everything that is listed in the description is not what is inside the PC. Support for how the computer functions is nil. The only support for the computer I purchased was a manual concerning the Mother Board. There was no explanation about how the computer works, i.e., what the control buttons do on the case of the computer. I have to say that the people who made the computer were very quick to reply to my questions about, is there a manual that explains what the various control buttons do. NO THERE IS NO MANUAL. But I commend the person whom responded to my inquiry. I guess ViprTech expects anyone that purchases their products are experts in deciphering how a computer works. I have figured out how the computer works by trial and error. Not the best way to learn about something. I've purchased several computers in the last 30 years, and every-one of them came with a manual that explained everthing about the computers that I purchased. This is the first time I had to basically figure out how the various functions work on this computer. I'm no rocket scientist and I figure this computer ain't no rocket either. Go figure! Would I purchase another computer manufactured by ViprTech - - - - - - - - - - ? Next time I may stick to Dell, HP, or another main stream company. ... show more

I think some of the people that left reviews arnt too computer savy... lol... It came with Windows 11 installed and yes with a key... They blocked off the mobo display outputs because I think a lot of people were plugging their hdmi/dp into the mobo and not the gpu, lol... The company is based in Maryland and have their own website and a phone number you can call... They obviously tested the computer and left paperwork in the box showing that they stress tested it... Not sure what these bad reviews are about but it sounds like they don't know what they are talking about... I build PC's and got this for a friend because of the free shipping, he loves it. So when the pc arrived it wouldn’t power on there were broken pieces inside the pc the glue to hold some of the components together was still wet causing some parts to move or completely become attached this was a terrible purchase do not by this brand

I bought this great computer quite some time ago. However, it still works and I am still very happy with VIPRTECH. The computer came with a Ryzen 5 1600 Processor. The motherboard was an excellent product for this CPU. The computer also came with 16GB of memory which I soon replaced with 64GB of memory. It had a 4GB Sapphire Radeon RX 580 series graphics card in it, that was a great card and still works; however, I have replaced it with a SHOWKINGS 8GB Radeon RX 580 video card. I feel quite passionate about this computer. I feel that the outcome of all of the work I have done, borders on a wonderful romance. ... show more
