The adjustable bed frame appears to work well and it was delivered right away without any notice when the mattress would arrive. I had to call product support to see if my order was missing the mattress or if it was still coming as a separate shipment. The mattress arrived 5 days later and after testing it I find that I sink into the foam enough to make it difficult to move around to reposition or get out of bed. Also the manufacturer gives virtually no information on the mattress other than it is a 12" foam/hybrid. Also on Amazon it was indicated the product was not returnable but a confusing note about that Amazon could accept a return within a 30 day time frame. So the bottom line is I don't know if I could return it or not and if I can return it I have to buy boxes and move it my self to UPS ... show more
