This went together very easily. The only wrenching is the 12 bolts for the legs(which are metal and not wood btw,) and the rest have brackets you match up and slide in place. Those seem quite sturdy. I'm writing this before the 24-48 hrs "let the cushions expand" time frame because I want to recommend taking the back cushions out of the covers to expand them. Fluff them up a few times along the way. It seems to be helping a lot. The bottom seems pretty firm right away but I haven't sat on it yet. It's already tight in the cover so I won't remove it. The back is thin, but firm. I wouldn't, say, let kids jump around on it though. Fwiw, the 1 star reviewer is describing the cushions before they come out of the plastic. It is a budget couch, yes, but for the money compared to the price of other couches I think it's a good deal. What sold me on buying it was that every review up to that point was 5 stars. Will update if I change my opinion of this or have other tips. ... show more

I like this so much I'm going to buy another. Hard to believe it came in a couple small boxes and set it up in about 15 minutes. I need one for my basement so I can bring the boxes downstairs rather than the whole piece. I love the color and it's corduroy, nice thick corduroy!

The fabric is very comfortable. The customer service was great, I created a return and they immediately sent out a replacement couch for the first leg that broke off. The wood craftsmanship is very poor, however. Obviously this is not intended up be a nice couch for long term usage, but the legs are installed in such a way that the wood will crack and break a leg very easily. I attached pictures of how I had to reinforce the base so that it would not happen again. ... show more

I was able to put this together easily and it looks very nice. The cushions are firm, which I like. The only thing is the seats are not as deep as most couches, but for us that's not a problem, but it could be for larger people.

Very nice for the price. It is a lovely texture and color. It was easy to assemble all by myself. It is currently the main sofa in my apartment. So far so good. I am concerned it won't hold up to daily use for very long though. I would buy again if I needed a low trafic seating option, but not as a daily use sofa. In any case it will serve my needs for a couple years maybe. It is firm, but a good firm. It is very space-friendly. I LOVE the look, feel, and comfort of this loveseat, and the color is accurately depicted! The loveseat was easy to put together by myself, and I barely even needed to reference the instructions. I bought this loveseat because I loved the color, the size, the look, and that it had a single seat cushion instead of two separate ones. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to enjoy it, since after only 6 days, one of the wood-block leg supports broke from the frame as I was resting my head on the arm of the couch. I figured for the $230 price and the bracket-in-bracket build design, that sitting on the arms of this loveseat would lead to damage of the product, and/or injury to the person who tried doing that, but I didn’t think my head was heavy enough to cause any damage…I clearly thought wrong! So as far as the durability of this item, I’d give it 1 to 2 stars…all other aspects of this loveseat get a 4 or 5 from me, so I gave it 3 stars for a middle-of-the-road rating. If the wood blocks the legs go into were built/supported better, and if the brackets that fit the arms to the base had some type of metal plate to support a bit more weight to them, this loveseat would be a 5-star Value for the money. I’m about to call the manufacturer to see what they can do for me…I’m hopeful that the call goes well. 🤞🏼 ... show more

What a pleasant surprise that this couch is comfortable and seemingly well-made I picked the corduroy fabric because I know what corduroy looks like and I am satisfied with the way that it looks. I picked the green because it goes with other items in my Living room. It is well worth the cost.
