There was something wrong with the electrical connection on this player. I tried it at 3 outlets that have always worked at my house. At the first one nothing happened. The LED light did not come on and the turntable didn't turn. At the second outlet the LED light flashed blue and the turntable turned. Then I moved it to where I really wanted it located and the LED light flashed red and the turntable didn't move. I decided that it was too risky to use. Just not worth an electrical fire, so I returned it.

Smaller than expected but not a big deal. Sounds great, volume only needs to be turned up about 1/4. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely thrilled with this record player. Great quality and it doesn’t feel or look cheap. Sound quality is amazing as well. Easy to setup and the handle has a neat feature where it slowly lowers and gently lands onto the vinyl. Now, I can listen to my new T.S. album.

Volume was extremely low. I had to put my ear up to the speakers to hear anything. I tried trouble shooting, contacted Amazon and they tried to help troubleshoot with no luck. Contacted the seller and they said it was probably a manufactured issue. So ended up returning it and still waiting on my refund.
