It comes folded so it looks like cloth, but once unfolded it is a very soft/thin vinyl underneath. Not for super busy/heavy duty use~ you will likely need to replace pretty quick. It smells like fishy plastic, but hopefully will wear off ! Marine Vinyl is better for busy salons/higher volume. However it is very stretchy, and fits over my standard table with foam topper, and will be fine while it lasts!!! ... show more
