I've purchased 4 rugs for my new home over the last 6 months. I fell in love with this design and purchased a version from another vendor in the fall, and dropped almost $400, but absolutely hated the pad and how THIN the actual rug was (it got shredded in a vacuum) was so I was excited to find this one. I LOVE this pattern, so I was very happy to see a version of it from this company. I was hesitant to buy it at first, b/c I've tried other "washables" and they're usually thin and cheap, but I saw that this vendor included a photo of the edge being almost .25" thick, and they also showed a pretty thick rubber backing, so I decided to give it a try. I am SO SO SO glad I did! It's beautiful! It is a very soft chenille type weave, and is a lot tighter than I thought it would be. The edges are of good quality and thickness. The colors are just absolutely perfect. This rug has an antiqued look to it. Like it's a cherished heirloom. It's got a good non-slip backing that is holding the rug well in my living room with regular foot traffic. The rug came folded in a protective zipper bag, and the creases were gone within a few hours of it laying flat. My mom, who is usually quite the rug snob, could not believe what I paid for it. It has the same feel and thickness as a super expensive wool-silk oriental she purchased from an antique dealer. She thought I was joking when I told her I paid less than $60 for it, including shipping. The photos speak for themselves. I took these photos using natural daylight, around 3pm. The color is very close to what you see online, perhaps a bit more rich/colorful. My husband usually complains about rugs, b/c he likes our wood grain floors more, but after stepping on this with bare feet, he admitted he liked it more than the floor! We'll see how it holds up, but I don't think this will be an issue. It also will easily fit in my washing machine, something that is extremely important to me as I have an elderly dog who doesn't always make it out the door anymore. And it holds fast to the floor. No edge rolling or slipping, at all. I'm going to buy another pattern for my dining room. Just have to decide which one! If you're hesitant to buy rug, don't be. You can not beat the quality and beautiful patterns, especially at this price point.

This is a beautiful rug. Very soft and well made. The quality is great for the price and has an elegant look and feel to it. Even though it is a low pile, it does not look or feel cheap. The color combination is stunning and I like that there is no medallion, so no need to worry about centering.

Beautiful and does not look cheap. Super soft and does not slide around the room. I bought a 5 x 7 thinking it would be too small for the space ended up working out great for our bedroom at the end of the bed. Feeling like I might need one for our hallway because of durability and the grip factor. Haven't experienced any stains on it. Looks great still.

The positives: This rug is beautiful. I LOVE the pattern and the colors and it matches our couch perfectly! I absolutely love looking at it! And it’s very soft. The negatives: It’s thin. It doesn’t cushion the floor much, but we also didn’t put a pad under it. Because it’s thin, it kind of wrinkles up easily if the furniture gets bumped or moved. AND - this is the worst of the negatives. The surface of the rug itself is slippery!! Like you can skid across it and slide around on it. Our dog slips on it when she jumps off the couch! It just feels weird for a rug to be like that. I honestly feel like an older person with balance issues might have trouble walking on it because it’s THAT slippery. It’s just kind of weird. I’m hoping that with time the slipperiness will wear off!

I'm so glad I ordered this 3x5 rug, the Vintage Floral "Gold Brown", for my mother's entryway. It's perfect with her flooring, really pretty. The colors are a tiny bit lighter than the product photo displays, but that's not an issue because it's beautiful! I was worried it might have a lot of yellow in it, but not at all. And I can tell it won't show dirt because it's neither too dark to show dust nor too light to show dirt tracked in from outside. As others have stated, it's very soft. It stays in place on laminate flooring without a rug pad. And it's thin, so my elderly mother won't trip on the edges. The fold marks have flattened out since I took this picture, which was just after unboxing and putting it down. VERY pleased!

Blue-green. Green- blue. NOT DARK GREEN! I have Benjamin Moore paint color CabbagePatch throughout my house (not my choice, here when we bought it) and it’s a dark green. This rug clashed SO bad - see my photos) . I do love the softness and the grip of the backing. Quality is reasonable for the price BUT mine came with a huge crease down the center that actually looks like it’s been damaged or cut. 🤷🏼♀️ Also worth noting- you won’t be able to use a high powered vacuum on this rug…it will get sucked right up and stall the vacuum. You’ll need to use a lightweight type vacuum sweeper. I even tried using my cordless vacuum on the lowest setting (without the brushroll) and it still didn’t work. The ability to machine wash this is great. When something is spilled on it, it just puddles up and will stay that way for a long time (way long enough to blot it up without it ever going through to the floor surface below). I have several of these rugs, but the color on this dark green one is just weird.

The 8x10 rug in “moss green” is STUNNING.(scroll to end of my review if you want my review of the 4x6 size rug or anything smaller—I really think the pattern scale is only high end for the large rugs and I was not pleased with the smaller rug pattern size) but if you want to hear my praises of the 8x10 rug, keep reading! I love high end items in decor but admittedly am pretty cheap. I love Pottery Barn, Magnolia, Restoration Hardware, etc… but I cannot afford that. Thankfully this rug has the look and vibe of a high end designer but at a much more agreeable price point. First off it is simply beautiful. But the bonus?! It is soft underfoot. Like, it’s got some cushion to it! And it is thicker than expected (reviews made me really nervous) and it doesn’t struggle under my Shark vacuum when I roll over it (even when it is on carpet mode!.) It is darker so it will disguise stains. It is washable. It does need some carpet tape on my vinyl floors but only on one corner and that’s due to that corner being in a high traffic area. Basically one corner keeps getting flipped over when you walk on it. It’s not like the rug is shifting when people move on it-it is not a flimsy rug in any way. It is not the kind of rug that over time shifts further and further away from where it originally was placed. I’m seriously considering buying more of these rugs for different areas of my house and changing my entire decor scheme around these rugs. (BUT ONLY size 8x10 or larger!!) They’re that soft and the pattern is THAT high-end looking. The material doesn’t feel cheap like “I bought this rug from Ross/Kohls/Walmart” (I like these stores but not for buying rugs or high end decor if you get my drift.) As an aside, regarding the color “moss green”—-I really wasn’t sure if I should get it—colors are such a gamble when ordering from the internet. I’d say this rug leans autumnal but it has some light blue accents which make it not feel like it is fall-only. It totally transformed my dining room area. The warm tones help balance my grey toned floors (which I really don’t like) and helps the room seem less grey and sterile (I have white walls too, as a renter) and it is now more homey and warm. Colors that pair well with this rug include brown, dark green, mauve, gold/brass, and light blue. UPDATE: Ok…so I bought this rug in size 4x6 for a small area in front of my washer and dryer. While it’s still the same quality, the print is smaller scale and the pattern seemed more “busy” than it did for the large rug. It also felt like “I bought this rug from Ross/Walmart” lol-I am serious. I am still a HUGE fan of this rug in the larger size. But if you want a higher end feel, the pattern size only seems “higher end” when it’s a larger scale and not as condensed. When it’s smaller print it just looks busy and not as nice. It just didn’t have the wow factor I am STILL experiencing weeks later with my 8x10 I purchased. Hope this helps!
