I was hesitant about buying this, because "How will it look in real life?" It's beautiful and anyone who's seen it compliments me. Although labeled washable, due to it's size, it's not meant to be tossed into a washing machine. It seems slip resistant. I think it's a good value for the money.

If I could rate this zero stars I would while the carpet is beautiful. It is not machine wash, friendly and broke my washing machine. It does not spin. It retained water and is not a machine friendly carpet I really wish I didn’t buy this item and I really wish somebody else had this experience because of this is absurd. Love the Rug, but it’s not flattening out. Colors are great and it’s a really soft rug that my dining chairs slide smoothly on. I bought a very expensive rug pad from Rug Pad USA (paid more than the rug!) that has a side the rug should grab to, and it’s just not flattening out after 2-weeks. I’m going to have to try to carefully steam it. It’s not easy to vacuum because it sucks into it and then moves. It’s definitely not like other large area rugs, but I do like it, so we’ll see if it lasts in our new home addition. ... show more
