Looks great and the material feels nice but it is not comfortable for me or my husband. We bought extra cushions for the seat and I still get bad aches in my lower back and tailbone. The massage part is nice but useless for us with the extra cushions. That'll teach us to buy chairs without trying them it first. Was fairly easy to put together but we did have an issue with some screws not wanting to go in so each chair is missing a screw on the back. I would return them but my husband threw out the boxes. Update: Changing my rating because of the wonderful customer service. The seller reached out and offered a refund as long as we could find boxes to return them in. While the chairs didn't work for me and my husband, they might be perfectly fine for others. ... show more

There weren’t a ton of reviews but there were enough reviews that I was sold on this chair. It has three different massage settings, three heat settings and a 15, 30, or 60 minute timer. Not to mention that you can have the seat massage, lower back and upper back going at the same time or you can just pick what massage points you want. The vibration is fabulous and the heat is almost better than the heated seat in my car (I’m cold ALL the time so the heat was the most important for me. The chair itself SO COMFORTABLE. When it is time to leave my office, I just want to hang out in my chair. The foot rest is fabulous, the recline is perfect. Fantastic overall quality. Overall, I cannot believe “cheap” the price is for the quality of the product. Absolutely deserves 5 stars. P.S. was a pain to put together but my husband was a trooper and got it done in 25 minutes 😂🤣 ... show more

Extremely disappointed with this chair. I thought I had it all. Beautiful cloth chair (it is), a leg lift, massager, soft and cozy to sit in. Here is what I got: - The chair is not soft at all, very thin filling. Both on the seat & the back. - The massager works alright, but to loud on the top back portion of the chair. - The back of the chair doesn't let you sit up very well, you kind of lay back into it. - Wheels do not work well at all - The chair sits low - The adjustment levers (height of chair & back position of the chair) are closer to the back of the chair & very difficult to get to, without getting out of the chair & positioning. + Leg rest works fine + Easy to assemble + Very attractive chair - I waited to long to return this chair and am stuck with it. - I spent $200 on this chair because I sit in it for 8 hours a day & I deserve a good chair. Took hubby around 45 minutes to get it together ...vibration is loud and not very satisfying ...heat on high isnt bad .left arm on chair refuses to tighten and is wobbly ..i wish id spent the extra money for the kneading massager . chair is fairly comfortable but im 5 feet short and it has zero lumbar support for me does recline nicely....will give it a few weeks and update if it declines more...update .its falling apart .have to constantly keep screwing all the bolts back in ...if returning it was an option i would . ... show more

    • You Get What You Pay For?

This chair is just okay. A bit of a disappointment, but I guess you get what you pay for! I'll begin by saying assembly was fairly quick, in my opinion. I put it together myself and didn't really have any problems doing it. The instructions were clear enough and it was straight forward. Now onto the actual use. The fabric is nice and it doesn't look cheap from a distance, so that's a bonus. The comfort is just "meh". I bought this for work from home days and it's just NOT comfortable enough to sit at for like 8 hours. I had to use a really thick pillow to support my butt because it would hurt after being on this chair. Next, it's not great for posture. I had to keep adjusting the way I sat, because you can't sit straight in the chair. There's always a slight backwards tilt. I have to type a lot, so I found myself rounding my shoulders to lean forward during work. Big downside. I thought perhaps the "massage" features and heat would help and, well, they don't really. The heat is fine, I think that part is a plus. The "massage" is just vibrations, however. And the 'back' mode is really at my shoulders (I'm 5'7") at an awkward height where I don't even feel it unless I lean really hard into it. The 'thigh' mode is super awkward because it just makes your legs vibrate. I don't know what the point of that was. The modes are also so random that I never use them. Pretty much just stick to heat and 'lumbar'. Honestly, I expected it to be a lot more comfortable for the price. But I guess you get the foot support, which is what I wanted. This isn't the worst chair, but don't expect this chair to be top notch in any area. ... show more
