  • Awesome seller!
Color: White
I had a minor issue with the chair and the seller went out of their way to make it right. Comfortable chair, easy to assemble. Massage feature is definitely a plus.

  • Do not buy
Color: Black
I got this in September. By the end of November it catastrophically gave up the ghost. The up and down died and the base went wonky. The heat and vibrate still work, only you can't sit on it because the base of the seat where it attaches to the post broke loose and you will fall off. The vibrate really does not do much for your sore back, but it does make tons of noise. The heat is nice until it gets to hot and you have to turn it off, no controls. Just off and on. Now my wife is laughing at me for wasting 180 bucks. It sure is a good idea that is poorly executed. And my back still hurts..... ... show more

  • Amazing desk/ recliner chair!
Color: White
The chair is amazing. Very comfortable and the massage part never thought it would work so good. Love the part that comes up to put your legs up. I have nerve damage in my feet. I had surgery to repair but it actually made both my feet worse. So I need to keep my feet up under the desk. Sometimes it's not as high as I need but my desk has a shelf where it can go on there to be high enough. But that doesn't matter this chair is soo comfortable I even use it as a recliner. It was very easy to put together. I was able to do it myself. I would tell anyone looking for an amazing chair. This is the chair. All you need to decide is the color. I decided to go with white and I am very glad I did. It pops in my room. ... show more

  • Overall Good. Happy with purchase.
Color: Black
I actually do really like this chair, it's far better than the one I had before. The back of the chair does not extend to above my head (I'm 5'8") as my previous gaming chair did, so I have to kind of scoot down in the chair to lean my head fully back if I want to rest it like that. The material feels nice and soft, and the cushion to the back and seat are comfortable. I do enjoy the leg rest, it feels a little bit like it wouldn't hold a lot of weight, but luckily it suits me fine. Massage/Heat: The massage feature is vibration. It has 5 modes: pulse, press, wave, auto, and normal. 2 Intensities (high and low). 4 massage points: neck, back, lumbar, and thigh. It has a timer for 15, 30, and 60 mins, after which it will turn off automatically. The Heat feature is a separate button to be pressed when the power is turned on. You can use it with the massage feature or solo, but to do it solo you would have to individually turn off each of the 4 massage points (they each have their own button). I've used this feature often as I like the warmth without the vibration mostly. Both features are a nice little extra touch to the chair for me. I wasn't expecting it to be on the same level as an actual massage chair with rollers or something, so it works fine for what I was intending. The heating feature is not as hot as my heating pad, but it adds a nice warmth that I find pleasant without being too hot (which is good because there are only 2 intensity settings for the heat). One Complaint: The only thing about this feature that is annoying is the need to plug the chair in to use it. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if I wasn't accidentally rolling over the small wire with the chair and then getting worried about it getting stuck in the wheels. Stability: The chair itself feels a little unstable. I'm not sure if this is the way it was designed or the way we put it together (though we put it together as instructed). The arms wobble from side to side, as does the base of the chair, which does bother me. I think they do that because they're not in a "fixed" position, that way when you use the function of reclining the chair the arms can adjust as necessary. They aren't as much of an issue for me. It's more a problem of feeling like the seat itself rocks a little too much from side to side (right to left not front to back). When I lean back sometimes the chair makes a popping sound (which I figured out is the same sound that happens when you pull the leaver underneath in order to adjust the recline of the back of the chair). I'm not sure if that's functioning as intended or some screw is perhaps not fully right, or maybe poor design. The wheels occasionally feel difficult to slide around on the floor, I think because they all have to turn and align in the same direction, and they don't turn immediately when you go to slide away from the desk, so sometimes it feels difficult to move. When my mother (a bigger woman) sat in the chair it made it slide downwards, and this was an issue that happened each time she did it. This makes me think it's not meant to hold as much weight as other chairs so be careful with that. Overall for what I needed out of a chair, it's been nice. I spent a lot of time researching and looking for a new chair, which was difficult given the fact that I couldn't test them out beforehand. I wanted one with a footrest, and massage/heat, that was also soft to sit in. This one fits a lot of the qualities I was looking for, enough so that I can overlook the parts that bother me. ... show more

  • Seems pretty good so far....
Color: Brown
Arrived well packaged, assembly took 1 hour, could be quicker if I used a power tool. Left armrest seems a little loose, I'll have to look at that another day. Vibration function seems nice so far, doesn't quite hit my glutes though. The heat feature hits my lower back dead on. I expected more cushion, seems a little firm and thin. I stand 6 foot 2 inches with a 36 inch inseam and my head hits right in the middle of the headrest. The foot rest is an utter failure though, it barely reaches the middle of my calves and I feel like the weight of my legs is putting a significant strain on it ( I weigh in at 215 pounds), I'll stick with putting my feet up on my desk. The seat does not rock but you can set the level of recline and lock it into position when you find your sweet spot. All and all I wouldn't call it luxurious but for the money it's in the ball park.....durability will end up being the real test. ... show more

  • WHAT A BEAUTIFUL RELIEF!!
Color: White
After 2 years, working from home and spending upwards of 16 hours a day in an old office "task" chair, I was finally convinced it was time to invest in a comfortable office chair. I spent months looking for a chair that had all of the features I wanted in my new chair - reclining, footrest, ergonomic, nicely padded, with a vibrating/massage function with heat. HELLO VINSETTO!!! I am thrilled with my chair and the amazing difference it has made in relieving the stress and discomfort of long days spent in an office chair. I chose the white color and after 2 weeks of enjoying my new chair, all I have to say is: What a BEAUTIFUL relief!!! ... show more
