This was purchased to replace a more expensive lid. It had some issues with installation due to the holes for the seat anchors being way smaller than the rubber anchors provided for installation. The temperature options are fairly decent in response. It's certainly worth a look. I don't have anything bad to say about what it is. It works nicely as a bidet. Features I miss from the previous bidet: back and forth stream, bubbler. I don't think I miss the LCD display of my previous bidet, and I'm hoping the lid lasts a bit longer. This bidet seat is awesome. Easy to install, has a heated seat plus heated water. The bidet jets are adjustable via remote control that is furnished with the seat. Highly recommended

    • Not so Nice ! 2 failures
We've had several washlets (bidet) & this one is one of the best. Remote mounting is great, all else functions exceptionally well. * Update: Since purchase 12/22 the jet quit functioning. We contacted warranty & they sent out a replacement 3/23. Today (6 mo since purchase) the replacement sent has exactly the same failure - the jet quits. Product life expectancy 3 months So now I cannot find the mfg/distributer warranty info here on Amazon . . . fishy. NOT RECOMMENDED as same defect with 2 of them. Rating downgraded from 5 to 1 Still attempting to contact distributer in LA. Will update here ... show more

    • Didn’t work
This is a beautiful product as far as bidets go. However the washing nozzle did not come out of it’s hiding place. So it did not function at all for cleansing. Had to return it.
