It’s cute and small stiff not super comfy but very beneficial for what we needed it for! It did come with the holes pre drilled incorrectly which slowed down the construction process. But over all very nice!

Love the couch and color! It matches really well with my apartment so I’m happy about that. I also love that it’s very light and not heavy at all. The only downside is it’s a bit stiff/firm than I thought it was gonna be, I like my seats very soft almost like I’m sinking in but this sadly isn’t like that at all. The size dimensions are accurate so no complaints there, but I can see why some would say it’s small. It comes in 2 packages so don’t make the mistake that I did and start building it with the first package. Luckily the 2nd one came the next day. It took me an hour and a half to build it.     • BUYER BEWARE! VINGLI sent defective piece, promised to send new pieces but didn't!

If I could give VINGLI 0 stars I would but 1 is the lowest you can give. I received the 2nd of 2 boxes, which was shipped on July 30th. I contacted VINGLI on July 30th when I opened the package and discovered a defective piece. The mechanism that allows the back to go down is defective. VINGLI does not have a telephone number, all contact is through e-mail. BUYER BEWARE! If there are no missing parts and all of your pieces are in working order you will probably be fine. However, if anything is wrong expect a nightmare in trying to deal with them. If you need to use a warranty, I cannot say it will be easy to deal with, as they don't communicate effectively. I have a serta sleeper lounge chair in another bedroom that I bought years ago. To this day it still works as well as it did the day that it was assembled. I was hoping for the same experience here but unfortunately that is not the case in both function, and with their horrible customer service. They won't even respond to Amazon's e-mail requests on my behalf on when to expect shipment. You are taking a gamble with this purchase. I am including the e-mail that Vingli sent below. If/when I receive the replacement pieces I will update this review. This e-mail was sent on August 5th, it's now the 13th. No response on when the item will ship (even with Amazon asking them as well). YOUR CONVERSATION WITH VINGLI-Direct we apologize for any inconvenience caused. since we don't stock singular part"C"/“D” replacement currently, we'd like to ship an entire box1 replacement for you. just take out the needed parts and deal with the extra as your wish. pls let us know if this solution works for you and if the address remains the same. Finally got together after 9 hours assembly. I had to call one of my friend’s who is a pro at assembly. He even had problems with instructions. After a lot of frustrations with instructions, it is the correct size and very pretty in my living room. Also, very comfortable. I will never buy again or recommend anyone to purchase because of the difficulty of putting together. The day before, I put an electric double recliner together in one hour and half.
