This couch is huge and well worth the money. I was very surprised. It is a little low to the ground but throw some large pillows on it you won’t even care. I love it! It took about an hour and a half to put together and it came in two boxes on separate days. The delivery was a lil rocky but well worth the wait. My cat loves it and the material is wipeable. Easy to put together and light enough to move around. Also surprisingly sturdy. I went for black to avoid obvious stains, however I think lint sticks to the fabric so easily that it looks dirty against the black. I was so hesitant to buy a couch on amazon and after some reviews in this about not receiving items i was even more nervous but i went through with it and im so glad i did! i’ve been needing a good big comfy couch and this is so good. it did come in two separate days which was scary but it all came and assembly was so easy. the size is perfect and its got a great quality. i also think the thickness is awesome and its not too thin at alllll. the color is perfect as well and just like the picture. i also did have to reach out to the seller and they even sent me the tracking info on each separate box which was relieving. there are three boxes in total and the hardware comes in a separate bag so watch out for that :) ... show more

    • Terrible product!! Scan from A to z guarantee dept
Terrible product!! They came in 3 terrible boxes. When I tried to fix the couch, the wood broke as I just inserted the screws with my hand. I couldn't believe the terrible quality. Even then I completed the instructions and sat on it. I fell down as it couldn't hold my weight. When I tried to process the return, the seller asked to send the picture and they denied when I put it in the boxes back. I had to expand two pillows which I packed in additional boxes as I cannot vacuum it back to the original boxes. They said they won't accept it. Am I manufacurer to remove the air from these pillows and fold it to the original boxes?? I complained to Amazon multiple times and they didn't do anything about except redirecting to new departments. Even their guarantee department which is suppose to help customers with fraudulent sellers, never offered any help. I called at least 10 times over 3 months. The seller offered half the money. Amazon told me to return the product and pay it out of my pocket to return the item, then only they can process the refund. If I pay out of my pocket, I would have to pay more than the couch . It was a total scam product from the seller as well as Amazon(A to z guarantee - don't rely on that department which is advertized on their website). ... show more

We are absolutely in love . We have 5 kiddos and we moved in our new Spot. Our livinxgroom is very small but with this couch perfect. Very comfortable and easy to assemble. For this price absolutely worth it if ure on a small budget

The sofa is pretty comfortable and affordable, however putting the legs on was a nightmare. The holes on the sofa do not line up effectively with the holes on the legs. I threaded three screws on just one leg trying to get it to line up. The frustration of the assembly is the only reason that I won't rate the product higher. ... show more
