Cushions are stiff and sits very low. The arm rest has barely any cushioning on the inside so it sits flat. Overall looks fluffier in the pictures, color is great though. Good for 2 people or small apartment! Not the worst for the price.

For the money I can’t complain. It took a while to get it together not gonna lie. I was solo so maybe it would be easier with two people. One of the screw holes didn’t have any threads so one screw is missing now but for me not worth complaining about. It ships in two boxes and I got them a day apart which was frustrating but also not worth complaining about. Overall we love the color and style. It is short and small so it’s perfect for me at 5 feet tall, if you’re taller then your feet will hang off the chaise and the back will be short for sure. I love this couch! Overall I think it was pretty difficult to put together at first, it does get easier! The cushions are really soft and pretty thick. The back of the couch is a pretty thin board. Requested replacement parts for defective pieces, company was unprofessional in every way. Emails took forever to return and when they were they denied the issue and told me that I was wrong. The couch was missing drilled anchors for the back attachment, they told me to check in the fabric I must have missed them. Told them the holes were completely missing in the wood, they said look again. Beware this company. Shoddy product awful customer service. Started the return process on Jan 16 it is now Feb 4th and they’re now saying that unless it can be repackaged into the original packages they won’t take it back. Contacted Amazon for assistance and they told me that I can ship it back at my own cost, and they’ll refund it later. To ship it back will be another 200.
