I purchased this particular item in February and I was really excited. It was delivered on February 13 of 2025 but unfortunately the morning of February 14, 2025 myself and my daughter or in a major car accident.. so a couple weeks later our family member put the s sectional together for me and they showed me that the sectional was defective and that the back two pieces were not in alignment with the two chaise pieces. When you sit down on the two middle pieces actually pushes back and that is a safety issue. Now the two chaise pieces are steady when you sit down. So 50% of the couch is functional. I reported this particular issue and sadly to say thecompany offered me 7% compensation for the defective product that I received, which is completely unacceptable. I would like to know what is 7% going to cover to repair your product, I was quite insulted with this particular response. I’m going to attach a picture so that you as a consumer can see the defective product. ... show more
