    • Buttons Do Not Work
Maybe I'm too heavy handed but the buttons to select how much coffee you want and then to actually start the brewing do not work. You have to press them several times to get to anything to work. If I haven't already used it I would be returning it. UGH!

Note: I love the company response to my purchase. They asked for my feedback within a day of arrival of their product. They sent my note about our concerns about the buttons to their product development team. Here is the note I returned to them. After trying out this coffee maker for the last two weeks we are pleased with its performance. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. There was an easy cleaning process before we brewed our first cup. We were looking for a coffee maker that had a reservoir for water so we wouldn’t have to fill it up each time a cup of coffee was made. We like the fact that we can select different sizes of coffee cup up to 14 ounces. We also chose this coffee maker because of its slim size. We really like that it has a small footprint on our counter. We like that we can use our own coffee or the standard coffee pods. The taste and quality of the coffee brewed is to our liking. We realized before we bought that it would take about 3 minutes to finish the brewing and that is about right. The only problem we have been having is the selection buttons need a very specific touch to make contact. One of us can make it work almost every time. The other one of us has trouble. The touch has to be very light and in just the right location over the button to make contact. This part of the coffee maker needs some attention to make it more user-friendly. Over all this has been a good purchase for us. I hope this machine will continue its good performance for a long time to come. Do you have a warranty on this model? The fact that the "fill" light never ever turned off should have been our first clue that this wasn't a good investment. Even when the machine was filled, that white light just blinked and blinked. Today, after 3 months of daily use (2 cups per day) the machine stopped filtering water through the K-Cup. It's been cleaned and cleaned again - unplugged and re-plugged in and still, only hot water is dispensing. (And yes, there is a hole on the top AND bottom of the K-Cup) It's never ever distributed the correct ounces ... 14 ounces is more like 10 ounces. Waste of money. Definitely do not recommend. ... show more

I really wanted to like this coffee maker,unfortunately the 1 I received couldn't regulate it's water intake and output so we were never able to get a cup of coffee from it. I gave it 5 stars because of their customer service. They reached out and offered a replacement or a refund and I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending the item back with either option. I'd already ordered a replacement so I went with a refund. Based on other reviews it seems like a really good product,I just didn't have that experience. But don't let my experience keep you from trying it,they're an honest company! ... show more
