It took me any my husband 4.5 hours to out together this set. The instructions aren't very clear. Its just pictures - an written instruction would have been very helpful. You will want to go exactly as the book tells you. DO NOT SKIP STEPS. Take your time when looking at the photos and diagrams, pieces that look identical will have a small but CRUCIAL difference. Once i was able to decipher the instructions, the actual assembly was pretty easy. The pieces were marked clearly and packaged well. The wood is definitely solid and very sturdy. My girls are all in love with it and can't wait to spend their first night in their new beds!

After assembling the item, I now understand why it took months to ship. Overall the item is good quality and very sturdy. It took 7.5 hours (2 people) to put together, the directions for some pieces were not as clear and had to go back to fix a few pieces. The directions for the middle piece joining the two twin beds did not match up with the holes ( We gave up and left that part out). I liked that the draws did not have tracks, just wheels so I can place them elsewhere instead of at the bottom of bed since space was tight. Don’t loose any screws because they gave the exact amount no extras. Also, we realized that if you messed up on a direction you will know because it won’t line up properly. Two heads were definitely better than one and grab a third person to hopefully finish faster. Overall I am happy with the item and glad I purchased it for my 3 boys.

I would rate this 1/2 a star if that was an option. I purchased this bed a little over 1 year ago. When I first purchased it, it was difficult to put together (which I expected it to be). For about 6 months the bed was great, we had no issues at all. Then, screws started to become loose and fall out. The sides of the top bunk are falling off. I would screw them in and a day or 2 later it would fall out. With all of the pieces falling out, it’s dangerous. I’m worried that the top bunk will collapse. For the money I spent and the time it took to put it together it was not worth it at all. Save your money. It was the absolute worst piece of furniture I’ve ever bought.

Kids love the bed, however and instructions suck and multiple peices didnt line up correct or labeled wrong.

I'd like to start off saying that **most** of the pieces in the 3 boxes this came in were in tact and not damaged... that being said, multiple pieces were labeled incorrectly making assembly very difficult as the instructions only includes pictures with absolutely no explanation to go with it. Most was easily readable but some was definitely confusing. Along with the incorrectly labeled pieces, we had multiple damaged pieces. The two flat boards for the bottom two headboards were stuck together, and getting them apart completely destroyed the paint. The joining bookshelves between the twins was an absolute nightmare.... the pieces were warped, did not match up, and the bottom two shelves couldn't be used at all. What we did get out together of the bookshelves took a lot of elbow grease and still are not flush with the pieces they connect to. Two of our railing pieces were also warped. I tried to include as many pictures as I could get.... When I tried to contact the seller about these issues, which is what the pictures were originally for, I could not reach anyone and the only option I was given was to take down the whole thing, re-package, and return for a full refund because the seller is 3rd party and there's no way of just asking for a few replacement parts to fix the problem. Overall, very disappointed in the issues we had for the money we spent..... but way to much work to return and do all over. 🙄🙄

I didn’t trust myself to put this together, I hired a professional and not disappointed at all. Delivery came on time, so much heavier than I expected (despite the fact that I saw the weight when ordering). I should thank the delivery because I know it wasn’t easy.
