I hate sitting. I am one of those people that hates to sit down. I hate sitting because it hurts my back to sit. You would think that with as much as I move around I would be skinny, but I am not. I saw this product and figured it was too good to be true like all of the other seat cushions and whatnots that I have purchased over the years. So when it was delivered, it came in this tube shaped package. I was very lery. I thought there was no way that something remotely comfortable could come out of such a package. I just knew I had wasted money again. I almost sent it back, but then I didn't. I decided to open the package and try it out. At this point what did I have to lose? I knew once opening the package there was no turning back. There was no way I was going to get it back in. It immediately started taking shape. It unrolled and fluffed up. I put it in a chair and I sat. For this first time in as long as I can remember my back did not start to spasm like it always does. I was sitting, and it was comfortable. I was in pure bliss! Now I just need to purchase a couple more so I can have them at work, in the car, and at home. If you are on the fence, I say try it. It might be just what you are looking for!

I bought this after reading multiple reviews. I was aware it stuck out pretty far and you needed a deeper chair seat, which I have. I tried it that way and it gave some support, but not quite enough support where I needed it. I have a deep inward curvature in my waist/lower back area. When this seat cushion was positioned correctly I would get pain in my upper back mid day and my lower back later in the day, at which point working became next to impossible. However, I work 10-hour days so I really can't just "stop" when I start hurting. I went through the steps to return it and I was going to get a smaller profile back cushion, but before I returned it, I ended up turning it upside down and putting the smaller portion at the bottom and the wider portion at the top. That ended up being exactly the fix I needed. It provides enough support to my upper/mid back that it keeps my lower back from getting so fatigued. For reference, I'm 5'2" and I'm using a large leather office chair that is rated for 8-10+ hours of sitting. So if you have purchased this or purchase it in the future and decide it's not working for you when positioned correctly with the narrower side up and the wider side down, turn it upside down and try it that way before returning it. I canceled my return after I determined it worked okay for me once repositioned.

I'm only 51.. I didn't want to admit I might need something like this. But after using a sweater for weeks and having to pick it up, replace it.. move it around every single time I got up from my chair, I finally caved. I wish I had sooner!!!! This support straps to my chair, does NOT move unless I adjust it. It is sooo much more comfortable than a pillow or sweater or any other household item you might be trying. AND I can just get up from my chair, and then sit down again.. noooo problemo! At the end of my work day, my back, my shoulders, even my neck feel soooo much better than they ever have. Don't be as stubborn as I was.. if you are thinking about additional support in any chair, especially an office chair DO IT! This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Hey, I have a big butt. I admit it. So sadly, this quite comfortable otherwise, lumbar support is too wide (deep) and I was perched in a position that felt as bad as the lack of support. From the bit of use I had, it's very comfortable and provides good cushion/support in more than one way. It can be flipped on each end to have the widest part at either your lower back or mid/upper back. I'm bummed it's not going to work for me...but, that has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

I am the person who researches all kinds of products before making a decision. I read other people’s reviews, and compare prices. So, trust me when I say this back support pillow is AMAZING. I wanted something for my car since my normal seat support sucks. This is perfect. It is so comfortable and supportive. I love that it has two straps so it stays in place in my seat. And I can easily move the pillow up or down based off what back support I want. I’m 5’10, so I was worried no pillow would be tall/long enough for me, but this one is great. Perfect size. Coming from someone who had been using a bundled up jacket as “back support” for months, I finally took the plunge and bought this. And I just ordered a second one for the passenger seat! Can’t beat the price of it too! Stop looking and buy this pillow!!

I ordered this to help relieve some pain due to back issues. It helped quite a bit once I got it positioned right for me. Personally, With the bulky part up a little and inline with the small of my back it was a big difference and helped me sit a bit better without compensating for discomfort and causing more discomfort to other areas of my back and neck due to posture being way off and weird to be somewhat comfortable. I would probably purchase another one if needed in the future.
